草莓小猪活泼又可爱，可是，他有一个坏毛病，做事总是马马虎虎。大家都叫他“小马虎”。你瞧——
慢吞吞博士正在读小马虎的日记：“今天是我的生日家里来了很多小朋友妈妈准备了一个很大很好吃的蛋糕小鳄鱼匹克吃了米米兔吃了扁嘴鸭吃了铁公鸡也吃了妈妈和我非常高兴……”慢吞吞博士一口气读下来，憋得满脸通红，青筋暴露，“咳、咳、咳！”他大声咳嗽起来。
“怎么回事？”胖熊探长正好从教室前经过，听到慢吞吞博士的咳嗽声，他急忙跑过来问，“什么情况？！”
慢吞吞博士捂着胸口，一面翻着白眼大声咳嗽，一面把小马虎的日记交给胖熊探长。
“今天是我的生日，”胖熊探长拿着日记本，不紧不慢地念了起来，“家里来了很多小朋友，妈妈准备了一个很大很好吃的蛋糕。小鳄鱼匹克吃了米米兔，吃了扁嘴鸭，吃了铁公鸡，也吃了妈妈和我，非常高兴！”
“天哪！一起性质极为恶劣的谋杀案！”胖熊探长读完，立刻大呼小叫起来，“这还了得！小鳄鱼匹克在哪里？！凶手在哪里？！”
小鳄鱼匹克哆哆嗦嗦地举起手：“我在这里，可我不是凶手。”
“你还敢狡辩？！”胖熊探长伸手扭住小鳄鱼匹克的胳膊，就要把他押到警察局。
“等……等……等一等……”慢吞吞博士费了很大劲儿，才喘过气来，他急忙拦住胖熊探长，“不是这样的、不是这样的。”他从胖熊探长的手里拿过小马虎的日记，又读了起来：“今天是我的生日，家里来了很多小朋友。妈妈准备了一个很大很好吃的蛋糕，小鳄鱼匹克吃了，米米兔吃了，扁嘴鸭吃了，铁公鸡也吃了。妈妈和我非常高兴！”
“嘿嘿……原来吃的是大蛋糕呀！”胖熊探长放开小鳄鱼匹克，不好意思地挠了挠头，“都怪我太粗心。”
“也怪小马虎同学太马虎哦。”慢吞吞博士指了指小马虎的日记，“整篇日记没有一个标点符号，当然容易让人误会啦。”
小鳄鱼匹克的胳膊被胖熊探长捏出了好几道血印子。
“好疼呀！”他呲牙咧嘴地瞪了小马虎一眼，气哼哼地坐在座位上，“哼！等着瞧吧！”
中午，小马虎放学回到家，把关于日记的事情告诉了妈妈。
“这样吧……”妈妈想了想说，“妈妈做一些好吃的饭菜，下午你把饭菜带给小鳄鱼匹克，算是向他道歉。”
不一会儿，妈妈准备好了两个便当，她还不放心地写了一张纸条贴在大便当盒上，上面写着：“大便当菜小便当饭”。
到了学校，小马虎把便当送给小鳄鱼匹克：“这是送给你的便当。上午的事情，非常对不起，请你原谅。”
小鳄鱼匹克笑眯眯的接过便当，刚要说声“没关系”，可是，他看了一眼贴在大便当上的纸条，气鼓鼓地大声念道：“大便当菜，小便当饭。”
“哼！我又不是屎壳郎！”小鳄鱼匹克“咣当”一声，把两个便当扔到地上，他气急败坏地举起拳头，向小马虎扑过来。
“别生气！我来看一看。”慢吞吞博士拿起纸条，大声地念道，“大便当，饭；小便当，菜。”
“哎！又是没有标点惹的祸。”小鳄鱼匹克放下拳头，瞥了瞥小马虎，“你马马虎虎的毛病怎么还没有改？”
“这个……这个……”小马虎红了脸，“这个是妈妈写的。”
“啊？”大家愣了一下，都哈哈大笑起来，“哈哈哈！大马虎和小马虎，真是一对马马虎虎！”
