Author Description

W·查尔斯·索耶（W·Charles Sawyer）得克萨斯大学经济学教授，主要研究方向是国际经济学和经济发展。他曾在南密西西比大学、路易斯安那州立大学和赫尔辛基经济与工商管理学校任教，还曾为许多公共或私人机构的高级经理人员发展项目授课。他是联合国工业发展组织和联合国贸易与发展会议的顾问，也是美国经济学会和国际经济与金融学会的会员。
