王一梅，一级作家，苏州市作家协会副主席。苏州市职业大学教育与人文学院儿童文学研究所所长。
她用二十年时间写作，著有长篇童话《鼹鼠的月亮河》、《木偶的森林》；小说《城市的眼睛》《一片小树林》；短篇童话《书本里的蚂蚁》《兔子的胡萝卜》等。
作品获第十届中宣部精神文明“五个一”工程奖、第五届和第六届*guo优秀儿童文学奖；第五届国家图书奖等奖项。

《第十二只枯叶蝶》书摘
十二只枯叶蝶悄悄地住在一棵树上，它们枯黄的外衣就像秋天的树叶，连住在树上的乌鸦也不知道树上还住着枯叶蝶。
乌鸦站在树枝上数着叶片：“一片、二片、三片……”乌鸦数困了，就睡着了。
枯叶蝶开始商量：“天已经很冷了，从明天起，我们像树叶一样飘落到地面，然后找地方藏起来。”
第二天，十一只枯叶蝶已经躺在树底下落叶中了，就剩下第十二只动作慢的枯叶蝶还留在最高的树枝上。
乌鸦一觉醒来，看见树枝上只剩下一片树叶了，叹了口气说：“啊，就剩下你一片了。你的颜色这么枯黄，你是留下来陪我的吧。”
十一只枯叶蝶焦急地在落叶中向第十二只枯叶蝶眨着眼睛，晃动着触须，它们在催促它快快离开树枝，来到伙伴们中间。第十二只枯叶蝶却一直都没有动，它对伙伴们说：“乌鸦邀请了我，我就留下来做一片不会飘落的树叶吧。”伙伴们只好都飞走了。
夜晚，月亮挂在树梢，枯叶蝶像树叶一样在风里簌簌地抖，它从最高的树枝挪到了最低的树枝上，那儿的风小一些。
乌鸦看不见树顶的叶片，很失望。它独自讲起了自己的故事：去年冬天，光秃秃的树杈上就剩下一个鸟窝，鸟窝里就住着一只乌鸦，对着冷冷的月亮，乌鸦觉得好寂寞。那只乌鸦就是我。
枯叶蝶听着乌鸦的故事，悄悄停在乌鸦眼前的树枝上。
乌鸦张大了黑豆一样的眼睛说：“呵！你就是树顶的枯树叶。一定是太顽皮从树顶跌到这里来了。可是你别怕，我会好好照顾你的。”
夜晚，刮起了大风，乌鸦在暖暖和和的窝里，惦记着外面的“枯树叶”：“枯树叶，枯树叶，你不是会走吗？你自己走到我的窝里来吧。”
枯叶蝶感觉就像树叶一样飘进了乌鸦的窝里。
乌鸦惊奇地发现，这片枯叶，原来是美丽的蝴蝶，它枯叶一样的翅膀打开后就像花儿一样鲜艳、美丽。乌鸦用温暖的翅膀替它挡风。
