Author Description

盛卓人，1928年出生于上海，1947年就读于北平燕京大学医预系。全国解放后转学入中国医科大学医学系（沈阳），1953年毕业后留校工作至今，历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授。1956～1958年在北京阜外心血管病医院和北京协和医院研修。1983～1984年在美国克利夫兰临床医学中心（Cleveland Clinic）任客座教授并获得克利夫兰临床基金会（CCF）授予的国际客座教授医学研究合作最高奖。1979年中华医学会成立麻醉学会，即任历届委员、常委、副主任委员及荣誉委员。兼任辽宁省麻醉学会历届主任委员、荣誉主任委员。1992年兼任国务院学位委员会第三届学科评议组成员，同年10月开始享受国务院政府津贴。1974年主编《实用手术学麻醉分册》，1987年主编《实用临床麻醉学》第二版，获卫生部科技进步三等奖。主编专著4部、参编7部，发表论文上百篇，盛卓人教授从事临床麻醉和研究工作47年，亲手创建中国医科大学第一临床学院麻醉科，组织和参与国内外学术活动，举办麻醉继续教育学习班，为我国麻醉事业的发展培养了宝贵人才，做出了卓越的贡献。
王俊科1970年毕业于中国医科大学医学系，1982年获医学硕士学位。毕业后一直在中国医科人学附属第一医院麻醉科从事临床医疗、教学及科研工作。于1992-1993年在清美国德州大学西南医学院研修。现任中国医科人学第一附属医院麻醉科教授，主任医师、博士生导师，曾任巾华医学会麻醉学分会第七和第八届副主任委员，现任中华医学会麻醉学分会常委.辽宁省麻醉分科学会主任委员，《中华麻醉学杂志》副总编、《中华外科杂志》编委、《临床麻醉学杂志》常务编委等职务，《Anesthesia＆Analgesia》（《麻醉与镇痛》）中文版编委、《国外医学·麻醉学与复苏分册》编委。几年来共获得国家自然科学基金2项卫生部资助课题2项，获省自然科学基金课题2项，市科委课题1项。发表学术论文180余篇，主编或参编专著，教材10余部，培养博士、硕士研究生80余名，为麻醉学的临床、教学，科研做出了突出贡献。

第1章麻醉学发展史

（一）古代麻醉学的发展
麻醉原意是指感觉或知觉丧失，其后则指可使病人在接受手术或有创操作时不感到疼痛和不适的状态。一般认为，麻醉是由药物或其他方法产生的一种中枢神经系统和（或）外周神经系统的可逆性功能抑制，这种抑制的特点主要是感觉特别是痛觉的丧失。
有关麻醉、镇痛和急救复苏方法自古就有记载。早在春秋战国时期（公元前475～221年），名医扁鹊曾以“毒酒”作麻药为病人“剖胃探心”。古典医书《黄帝内经》已系统论述针灸及其理论，并记载了针刺治疗头痛、牙痛、耳痛、腰痛、关节痛和胃痛等症。公元2世纪，据《列子》记载，汉名医华佗，以酒服“麻沸散”、“刳破腹背”，为病人施行手术。公元1337年（元朝），据《后汉书》、《世医得效方》记载了当时骨折、脱臼的整复方法及所用的麻药。在复苏急救方面，东汉张仲景《金匮要略方论》载有对自缢者的抢救方法：“……一人以手按据胸上，数动之，一人摩捋臂胫，屈伸之，若已僵，但渐渐强屈之，并按其腹。”说明早在公元二三世纪，中国已施行心肺复苏术。
