45．为什么不能随意增减药物用量？
有些患者用药不能按时定量，疗程不分长短，忘服、漏服、乱服现象时有发生。究其原因：有的病情稍有好转，不适感觉明显减轻时，就不想再用药；有的因工作忙或其他原因，用药不便而忘服；有的为治病心切，急于求成而乱服，使用剂量随意加大，或在短时间内频繁更换品种，这种不规范用药，尤其是抗生素类药物，易导致耐药菌种增多，二重感染等，使病情复杂化，给治疗带来困难。因此，使用非处方药，应该参照药品说明书上的规定，严格掌握用量和疗程，这样才能保证用药安全有效。
