Author Description

其他会导致重大潜在伦理困境的心理咨询情境包括老年咨询(Myers，1998)、多元文化心理咨询(Sue，Ivey，&．Pedersen，1996)、与医疗管理机构合作(Murphy，1998)、来访者的诊断(Rueth，Demmitt，&Burger，1998)，以及心理咨询研究(Jencius&Rotter，1998)。心理咨询师在以上所有领域中均会面临新的情境，而其中一部分没有ACA的伦理准则可以参照。例如，在老年人心理咨询中，心理咨询师必须根据那些患有认知障碍、不治之症或遭受过虐待的老年人的特殊需求做出伦理决策(Schwieber‘t，Myer．s，&I)ice，2000)。要做到这一点，心理咨询师可以针对这些伦理情境运用伦理准则，这些伦理情境的基础是，咨询应在社会及历史角度上寻求“我应该怎么办”这一问题最合适的答案的责任(Corey et a1．，2003)。换言之，“这样做合乎伦理吗?”他们还可以运用美德伦理，关注“心理咨询师的性格特质以及职业人员期望的非强制性的理想的做法”(p．13)。美德伦理关注“我是否在为来访者的最大利益服务”，而非解决某一特定的伦理问题。如果心理咨询师希望做出最佳的决策，就应充分结合两种形式的伦理论证。
在缺乏伦理指南的情况下进行伦理决策时，心理咨询师必须熟悉与案例情境相关的最新情况、趋势甚至立法情况。同时，心理咨询师必须注意避免使自己的咨询程式化从而削弱其职业敏感性。例如，“研究伦理的首要观点是应该保护作为研究的被试”(Parker&Szymanski，1996，p．182)。在具体的研究领域中，必须解决四类主要的伦理问题：(1)知情同意；(2)强迫与欺骗；(3)保密与隐私；(4)报告结论(Robinson&Gross，1986，p．331)。研究人员涉及的所有人群均与这些领域相关。关键是要对问题有所预期并致力于促成人道、公正的结果。

另一方面，随着教育事业改革的深化，教育实践中产生的问题日益复杂，解决这些问题需要极为丰富的教育科学知识和能力。《译丛》追求的另一宗旨正是通过奉献世界上最先进的教育科学知识体系，促进我国教育事业改革的深化。
