一、变态反应学的发展
3 我国临床变态反应学的发展历史如何？
我国可能是世界上认识变态反应病最早的国家。早在二千余年前，我国的医学经典著作《黄帝内经》中就有“阴气在下、阳气在上，诸阳气浮，无所依从，故呕咳上气，喘也”的描述，这是世界上最早的试图探讨哮喘发生机制的一个尝试；这段叙述和汉张仲景的《金匮要略》中“咳逆倚息，气短不能卧”的记载都生动地描述了哮喘的临床表现。这些可能是世界上有关哮喘的最早论述之一。
我国临床变态反应学起始于1939年。当时张庆松教授在北京协和医学院附属协和医院建立了我国第一个变态反应临床专业组，隶属于耳鼻咽喉科，规模很小，专业人员只有张庆松教授一人，诊断和治疗用的抗原都是他从国外带回的。很快，由于抗日战争爆发，这个专业组也因日军占领协和医院而停办。一直到1956年，仍然由张庆松教授和当时为耳鼻咽喉科住院医师的顾瑞金重新筹备，恢复了这一专业组。除从事临床工作外，还结合国情，开展了科研和教学工作，培养出了我国第一批临床变态反应学专业医师。
我国临床变态反应学的科研工作是从对花粉症的研究开始的。通过长期临床观察和空气生物学调查，于1964年确定了我国秋季花粉症，特别是在北方地区，其主要致敏物为蒿属花粉。这是我国首次关于花粉症的报道。
