拿到這本書稿立馬回想起當初的月子時光（遠目），陳醫師和友人一起來月子中心探望籠中鳥我本人，三個媽媽就在月子中心大廳進行了一場產後心得暨身體創傷（以及痛罵陪產老公有多白目）分享座談會（希望括號裡的字陳醫生的惱公看不見）。我在猜坐月子是不是婦女人生中的一個關卡，不然怎麼能產生出這麼多的牢騷呢（對不起我說謊，我平常牢騷就超多）。

若問到月子的重要性，所有婆婆媽媽都會警告妳不能輕忽。說到這我就有點不開心，是說陳醫師的上本書《用超音波幫寶寶（受精卵）寫日記—婦科女醫師懷孕生產絕對完整版》（名字也太長！），是我整個孕期唯一有看完的一本孕婦書，專業的內容用輕鬆的語氣表達，讓不愛看字的懶人如我也上手；遊走於專業醫學人士及鄉間婦人之間（儘量避免說出愚婦二字），讓我等民婦也不會覺得內容太生硬距離太遙遠，所以早聽說她要出月子書時我就萬分期待，但時間「蘇」的一下過去我小孩都滿四個月了，這本月子書出得太慢了吧我月子都坐完了啊。

翻過一輪我發現這本跟上本一樣精采，用科學方式打破傳統迷思，不像傳統醫生會教人這個不准那個不要，又不似西醫那樣告訴妳什麼都沒關係，生完就去游泳吃冰淇淋（要不要這麼激進）；包山包海從產前準備到產後瘦身到照顧新生兒應有盡有妳要叫別的月子書怎麼活。我恨為什麼我坐完月子才看到如此一本產婦全方位工具書呢，看來只好再生一個了不然怎麼辦呢（兩手一攤）。
