第1章信息系统管理的重要性
1.1 引言
信息技术(IT)——计算机以及电信——正带来某种革命性的、打破原有结构的冲击，而这正是近些年来人们一直预期和鼓吹的。计算设备在速度以及容量上的快速进步，加上因特网、数字存储、无线及移动设备和多媒体内容的普及，正导致我们的生活和工作方式发生很大的改变。
