Book Abstract

本章对电视电影中最常用到的抠像进行了学习。与颜色调节相同，抠像也是一个技巧性很强的工作，它需要通过长期的练习积累经验。同时，它在很大程度上依赖于前期拍摄的效果，所以，作为后期特效合成人员，必须与前期拍摄人员紧密协作，发扬团队精神，以制作出最完美的影片。在下一章中，我们就会涉及团结协作的问题，我们将要学习如何让After Effects CS4和其他软件结合工作。下面我们对本章的重要知识点做一个总结。

抠像最重要的是什么？不是工具，也不是抠像技巧，最重要的是素材。良好的布光、高精度的素材，都是保证抠像效果的前提。在这个基础上，就要看我们的工作经验了。拿一段压得一塌糊涂的片子，神仙也抠不出来。

Introduction

我在做讲座时，为了活跃气氛经常会提一些问题，随着问题难度的加大，举手的人会慢慢变少。这时我会说“在座诸位有认为自己是高手的请举手”。结果大家都会谦虚并谨慎地放下手，全场只剩下我一人示例性地伸着胳膊，于是我就会很偷巧地说“看来高手只有我一人”。通常，大家都会以欢笑声默许我这个自誉的行为。

这慢慢成了我开讲前的一个标志，我会鼓励大家说：希望大家在学完我的课后，再听到这个问题时，把你们的手都举起来，因为学习是一种乐趣，成为高手则是乐趣后应有的自信。这也是我把系列书定为“高手之路”的来由。

算起来我从事和设计相关的教育工作已经有11年了，但探索新事物的本能，总是让我对新领域不停地产生兴趣，所以遗憾未能把全部精力投入教育事业。2006年，我决定除了讲座外不再授课，但为了把已经掌握的知识分享给大家，我把在中央美院最后一次讲课的过程录制了下来，取名叫做《高手之路》以公益为目的放在互联网上。结果用户热评不断，下载量很高。最后还引得不少培训机构为吸引报名在我的教学视频前加贴了片头广告，将公益变了味。

事隔3年后的今天，很多人还在学习《高手之路》系列教程，人民邮电出版社随即和我商量，希望能更新出版。我也报着一试的心态“重操旧业”，和好友郝兵共同编写了这本《AdobeAffer Effects CS4高手之路》，《Adobe Photoshop高手之路》也在筹备中。

教育的意义在于提供方法，学习的目的在于完善自我。作为Adobe中国区的专家之一，我在为Adobe培训教师的同时，也为很多图形图像爱好者培训授课，其问总结了很多教育心得。

把复杂问题简单化，是我授课的核心。在信息过剩的年代，人们因为这些过度信息而无法专注。如何从烦琐的信息中剥丝抽茧找到有价值的关键线索，才能不为这些信息所累。一个软件庞大的系统考虑周全了所有的可能性，提供了一个问题的多种解决方法。但我们无法同时走3条路，所以，最适合自己的才是最重要的。不要贪大求全，有选择，主动而不是被动接受才不会被无用信息淹没。
