《向老虎诉苦的人》：
透明阳光两幢高楼之间有一条小道，恰巧明媚的阳光从这里穿过，阳光是透明的，非常美妙。窝窝是一个乞丐，因为从小有点智障，只好当了乞丐。有时候窝窝也是聪明的，完全不像一个智障的人，窝窝眼睛骨碌碌转着，与人对答如流，可有时，窝窝便又眼神迷离起来，反应很迟钝，人们便知道，那是窝窝又犯病了。
窝窝很可怜，一早上也没有讨到吃的，感觉要饿死了，城市里到处是大楼的黑影，这里一片，那里一片，到处都是阴影，就像一张布满阴影的光怪陆离的地图，窝窝难过地想。窝窝背着自己的一只纸箱子，那是一只漂亮的纸箱，是窝窝一年前从一个楼道里捡来的，上面有很多花草，像一张春天野外的地毯。窝窝很喜欢这个箱子，一直背在身上，没事了便铺在地上，躺下来，晒太阳，这是窝窝最重要的享受了，晒太阳对窝窝来说与进食一样的重要。于是这只漂亮的纸箱子对窝窝来说也变得非常重要。有一次，一个捡破烂的从窝窝手里抢，窝窝以死相拼，对捡破烂的来说这只箱子可以卖几毛钱，可对窝窝来说，这是他的一半人生。捡破烂的最后被窝窝打破了头，窝窝也被捡破烂的抓破了脸，捡破烂的指甲是黑的，伤好后，在窝窝的脸上留下了两道浅浅的痕，使窝窝的脸在蓬乱的头发下更显得有点沧桑了。那个夜晚，窝窝紧紧抱着那只漂亮的箱子，在黑夜里静静地流下了眼泪，窝窝想，如果被人抢走了这只纸箱子，他就不能晒太阳了，像躺在春天的河边一样的晒太阳，那么他活着还有什么意思呢？现在窝窝就将那只漂亮的纸箱子铺在这两幢高层间的一个拐角那里，躺在上面，闭上眼睛，享受阳光的普照，窝窝早上没有讨到吃的，这时肚子很饿，不过无所谓，能够晒上透明的阳光，对窝窝来说与进食一样，有时窝窝怀疑自己是一棵植物，是需要光合作用的。窝窝两只手臂枕在头下，两腿交叠，非常舒服。他眼皮微微颤抖着，闭着眼睛，他能感到阳光是淡橘色的，发出淡淡的金光，他的眼皮感到微微的暖意，仿佛也在变成淡橘色，真幸福，窝窝想。窝窝开始幻想自己躺在一条河边，是春天的河边，河里的水在向前流着，发出快乐的声音，耳旁的草尖上有露珠，有鸟在树上打盹儿，窝窝想着想着就笑了。突然，窝窝的脚被人猛烈地踢着，他睁开眼，看到一个穿西装的人，胳肢窝下夹着一个公文包，站在阳光里他显得非常高大，挡住了窝窝美妙的阳光。这人站在阳光里大声骂着窝窝：“个死要饭的，大中午躺在这里挡路，往边去，往边去……这个时候晒什么太阳，怨不得要饭呢，滚……”窝窝躺在那里没动，心想，这里又不是街道，我躺在这里晒太阳碍着谁了呢？这个人看到窝窝丝毫没有要动的意思，便在窝窝的肋上踢了一脚，这一脚踢得窝窝好疼好疼，都快喘不过气了。不过，窝窝想，为了能够晒太阳总是值得的。窝窝大多数时候都像一只过街老鼠，夹着自己的纸箱子缩着脖子低着头，弓着身子快速穿过一条又一条的街道，见了谁都躲，但有时窝窝又很犟，比如在晒太阳这件事上。窝窝知道，自己是谁也惹不过的，但窝窝又是有坚持的，窝窝想，他除了能坚持晒晒太阳，在透明的阳光里想象，他还有什么可以去坚持的呢？窝窝继续晒他的阳光，现在正是春天，春天的阳光晒起来是最舒服的，在淡金色的阳光里能够冥想一会儿，那也是幸福的。有时，窝窝一边冥想着，一边就感到自己的身体飘浮起来了，从他那个肮脏而窝囊的外壳里抽拔出来了，飘浮在空中，像一只洁净的水母，对着躺在地上的自己微笑。窝窝问自己，是不是人常说的上天堂就是这样的感觉呢？窝窝微笑着，非常满意，由此，窝窝觉得自己的生活还是幸福的。不错，窝窝晒太阳已经晒出境界了。
又有人来踢窝窝了，是一个大婶，胖而矮，前脑有点脱发，而且这么喜欢发汗，现在才是春天，她便一头一脑的微汗，油腻腻的，仿佛为什么事很认真很着急似的。她抱着一个小孩子，大约不满周岁吧，想来是她的孙子吧，在她怀里扭来扭去，像条虫一样。
大婶用脚踢踢窝窝，说：“你啊，你看你年轻轻的，大中午不去干个啥在这里睡觉，你父母呢？也没人管，真是的，年轻轻的找个什么不好干，在这里晒太阳，有什么好晒的？怎么就不知道自食其力呢？向人讨饭，谁愿意给你，我还想让别人给我一口吃的呢……你这么年轻就在这儿睡觉，老了干什么去啊？……”窝窝闷住了，看着这个大婶苦口婆心地说他，他一句也听不进去，那些话从那个大婶的嘴里流出来，流到地上就化了，渗进地里去了，连找都找不着了，像水似的。窝窝微笑了，他不知该怎么办，他不想让这个大婶说下去了，因为这非常影响他的冥想，可这大婶仿佛心地很好很好，一屁股坐下来，坐在窝窝身旁的花坛沿上，继续开始她的说教：“看你这孩子，还算白净，虽然脏了点，但去找口饭吃，总可以找到的吗，在这里晒太阳，就有出息了吗，真是的……也没人管，要是我的孩子，早让我打死了……”大婶越说越来劲，窝窝难过地想哭了，因为太阳慢慢地要走了，他还没有完全地好好晒太阳呢？大婶没有走的意思，窝窝突然心一横，竟然睡着了，窝窝就有这个本事，在他难受的时候，不能面对的时候，痛苦的时候，仿佛心里有一个小小的开关，吧嗒一声，窝窝就可以睡着，睡着了就像死过去一样，什么也不知道了。不一会儿，窝窝便发出微微的鼾声，抱着孩子的大婶看了看窝窝，抱起孩子，走了。走时，非常惋惜地摇了摇头。智障的人啊，真是没办法，她想。
