Author Description

玛格丽特·杜拉斯（1914—1996），法国小说家、剧作家、电影导演，本名玛格丽特·多纳迪厄，出生于印度支那，十八岁后回法国定居。她以电影《广岛之恋》（1959年）和《印度之歌》（1975年）赢得国际声誉，以小说《情人》（1984年）获得当年龚古尔文学奖。

施泰因在旅馆的台阶上，神情恍惚。他们交错而过。
“我总是颤抖，”施泰因说，“心神不宁地颤抖。”黑夜。除了花园深处掠过几道光，是黑夜。
施泰因现在差不多每晚都在他身边。他在晚餐后过来。她还在桌旁。在她右边桌子还有最后一对男女，迟迟不走。她，又在等。等什么呢？突然最后一道光红了一下，又灭了。
他们——施泰因和他——离开桌子。他们在靠椅上伸直了身子，就在她待的地方对面。一盏灯亮了。
两面镜子映出日落般的光。
“请伊丽莎白·阿里奥纳太太接电话。”一个清楚、响亮、似机场里发出的声音在叫唤，施泰因他没有动。
