Author Description

梁奕，长沙电视台编导。武警服役十一年，长期从事新闻报道工作，多次采访和接触过多种行业的顶层精英、敏感人群以及最强悍的杀人死囚。开过广告、KTV公司，办过工厂、运输实体。2002年策划最高检电视栏目《法制中国》，并担任总制片人，2003年策划最高法《中国法庭》并任艺术总监。
作者的长篇小说《制片人》《纸手铐》在人民文学出版社《当代》期刊上先后分别刊发过十八万字《制片人》由作家出版社出版单行本。

Book Abstract

刘昆仑不知道从今天开始记下的日记会不会有一天可以带出看守所，会不会有别的人看到，对自己的案情和未来有没有影响，刘昆仑记下的是自己作为在押警察被侦察、被审讯、被看押的真实过程和心路历程，也可能是作为一个尚未被定罪、被开除的刑事警察留下的一部办案的反面教材。

刘昆仑是前天下午从派出所被押到检察院督侦二处的，同时被押的还有所教导员，刘昆仑的副手刑事中队副队和另三位兄弟，涉嫌的罪名是“刑讯逼供”，面对连续不断的审讯，他们已经四十八小时没有睡觉了。临时看押点在检察院的会议室内，他们六人都面对墙壁坐着，只要有人说话，检察官就大声呵斥。他们的事是明摆着的，还需要串供吗？人是死了，刘昆仑认为绝对不是他们打死的，进他们中队不到二十分钟就送医院抢救，如果是打死的，肯定是遍体鳞伤，不被暴打不会死的，而现在的法医鉴定是背部有少量淤伤，小腿和大腿有伤痕，这些轻微的伤痕难道会造成这个毒贩的暴死吗？这个毒贩肯定是因为其他疾病而最终导致死亡的。前两天搞行动本来睡眠就严重不足，现在四十八小时又没睡觉，加上检察官认为刘昆仑不老实，不配合，笔录就做了三次，做了又重做，到最后一次笔录时，刘昆仑实在也熬不住了，基本上没有坚持自己的意见，要怎么写都行。不知道哪位兄弟说刘昆仑动了手，事实是刘昆仑没有抽毒贩耳光，抓他出来时，刘昆仑用自己的衣服蒙他的头，只是手重了点，碰到了毒贩脸上。最后按指模时，王检察官看样子不是很有经验，抓刘昆仑的手指头老抓成斜的，按了十几分钟都印不好，他说刘昆仑不配合。刘昆仑说：我就是干这行的，我自己按，效果比你按会好些。王检察官不听，非得抓着刘昆仑的手指头一个一个按，到了昨晚，刘昆仑已经极度疲乏，就想早点去看守所，可以尽早休息。

昨晚凌晨三点四十分左右，检察官把他们送到看守所，检察官还是比较客气，始终没有给他们几位戴铐。看守所值班的都是老熟人，见了他们都很难过。侦察科江科长也值班，他晚来了一步，没弄清状况，以为他们是来送人的，还大声开着玩笑，最后看到他们六个往那墙角的身高标线，抱着“刑讯逼供”嫌疑犯的小黑板照相时，才知道他们的身份变了。他不相信似的，摘下自己的眼镜多看了他们几眼，又迅速戴上眼镜抢过他们的拘留证，很认真地审看，最后江科长摘下眼镜看着他们，难过地摇了摇头。工作人员走过来对刘昆仑说：“对不起，例行检查。”说完他用金属控测器开始从头至尾地扫描刘昆仑身体。

江科长很激动的声音扔了过来：“别扫了，他们还带了武器不成？收起来。”刘昆仑看了看王检察官，见他低头不语，工作人员就把探测器收了起来。

进监房之前，每人要交一百元钱，要买自己的两床被子，他们六人的随身物品都被督侦处依法暂时扣押了，六人都身无分文。江科长很够哥们，掏了六百元给了值班财务。他们的皮带、鞋带都被收掉了，皮鞋里的金属垫片也被掏了出来。江科长又拿起电话给所领导汇报，请示他们入监后怎样对其身份保密，放下电话，江科长和他的几个手下开始为他们挑选监房，经过很长时间的排选才最终确定，因为关押他们的监房里不能有他们分局送押的嫌疑人。此时他们六个都倚着墙角睡着了，是江科长的声音把他们叫醒的。江科长看着他们一只手提着裤子，一只手抱着两床被子歪歪斜斜站起来，他的眼眶红了，嘴动了几下，他们却没有听清他在说什么。

最后只听到江科长费力地说：“兄弟们！到我这儿来做客，会有很多照顾不周的地方，你们一定要多担待，一定要挺住。你们以前隔三差五地跑这里，自以为对这里很熟悉，我要以兄弟的身份给你们打预防针，这里面比你们预想的要恶劣得多，最可怕的是心理压力，你们一定要做好充分的思想准备。你们要牢记一条，不要泄露自己的身份，你们签字的任何文字材料都不要拿回监房。我们为你们准备了专门的密码柜，大家都是搞刑侦的，保住自己的老底应该没有问题吧。在号子里可能是另一个世界，我们要关照你们也不能过头，过了也会引起同监的怀疑，里面就要靠你们自己了。”

江科长讲话时，刘昆仑一时感到自己好像是即将打入敌人内部的侦察员，看看同案悲戚的表情，才明白自己已经是阶下囚了，事情显然已无可挽回，脱制服也是铁板钉钉，自己已然站在了地狱门口。

刘昆仑低头看见一只棕色的蟑螂在往墙缝里爬，他想自己以后可能就变成了一只蟑螂，不能再见阳光，只能在黑暗里生活，只能在没有人的地方觅食。阳光正在刘昆仑的世界里急速消退，他正堕入无边的黑暗，就像有一个巨大的黑洞正以无可抗拒的力量，以闪电般的速度召唤他、引领他前去。那里没有救世主，没有上帝，能看到的只是无际的黑夜，能听到的只是虎狼和魔鬼的吼叫。他在一夜之间失去了所有的力量，就像一个战士被缴了武器，摘掉了盔甲，身负重伤，奄奄一息。他甚至觉得自己抬一抬手臂，提一提脚都那么困难，那么费力。

他们和后面陆续办完手续的其他犯罪嫌疑人混排在一队，从看守所的一栋到六栋，挨个儿被送进监房。江科长拿着名单到达每栋监房时，就喊出两三个人来，他带着他们走进楼道，其他的人在通道口等待。他们六个同案不能关在一起，一栋只关一个同案犯，这是看守所的规定。到了三栋，刘昆仑和另两个一胖一瘦的嫌疑人被江科长叫了出来，他们三人排成一行往通道里走，江科长跟通道口办公室值班干警打了一个招呼，拿了一大串监房的钥匙，跟在他们后面，江科长喊了一声：“停！”他们三人就停在了306 房的门口。

江科长喊：“贩毒罪嫌疑人刘飞！”

“到！”刘昆仑前面的胖子大声回答。

“伤害罪嫌疑人刘昆仑、夏新桐。”

“到！”刘昆仑和戴眼镜的瘦子齐声回答，江科长已把刘昆仑的罪名改了。
