Book Abstract

《个人问题》：
老范是我见过最能吃的人。我们两个曾经窝在小方租来的房子内架起一个直径半米的火锅，从下午一点吃到五点。两个人吃了三斤水饺、三个萝卜、两根黄瓜、一大棵白菜、半斤五花肉、一斤排骨、两包方便面、两袋粉丝、三个西红柿、四段藕，还有无数的卤菜和花生。我食量很小，水饺吃完之后就丧失战斗力，每隔半小时勉强挣扎一下筷子。小方家电压不稳，。电磁炉又年久失修，每次加完水之后，硕大的盆面静如处子，许久才缓缓地升起一股缥缈轻烟，湖边坐着一大一小的人儿，一点也不像饕餮，倒似不食人间烟火的神仙。
我和老范相识于学校论坛。他被某个选修课老师给挂了，而我刚选了那门课。“没听见选修课也挂人的”，我们一起在论坛上抨击这个老师的师德、人格、相貌以及学术水平，在泄恨和恐惧中交了朋友。后来和老范一起吃了几次饭，逐渐知道他的更多情况。老范来自青海，父母感情不太好，聊到动情处，老范有时会站起来拍拍自己的肚皮说，我就是吃了父母那么多气，肚子才这么大。他虽不怎么乐意谈论自己的家庭，却一点也不忌讳自己的体重——二百五十七斤。我和小方经常拍着他那肥墩墩的肚皮说：你就是个二百五。
我酒量很差，刻薄的舍友揶揄我为“许一瓶”，这个外号传开后，酒量和饭量超好的老范遂被改名为“范一桶”。两人因此成了难兄难弟，一起出去应酬，我挑衅别人，他帮我挡酒，然后完胜。有时候喝多了，老范送我回去，也会在路上讲点自己的事情，比如父母经常吵架，又很嫌弃他，每个月给完钱就不理不睬了；比如说他的女友兴趣广泛，喜欢苹果的产品，喜欢金银首饰，喜欢到处旅游，喜欢住五星级酒店。

在《三联生活周刊》最后一页，开一个叫“个人问题”的栏目，是我的构想。当时的想法，是在新闻报道之外，能有一个用第一人称说事情的地方，讲述自己的生活境遇、喜怒哀乐，每个人都会有一些实实在在的“个人问题”，能引起他人的共鸣。
十来年的工夫，几百篇的文章，凭印象来说，占比例最大的是“亲情”——家人的故去、父辈的衰老、孩子的出生、孩子的教育，不管社会环境发生了怎样的变化，家庭始终是我们生存的核心，像一条船，颠簸在时代的潮流中。
我记得一位年轻人，带着自己的母亲，去城郊的一个公园游玩，公园大而无当，景致并无特别之处，但母亲能和儿子一起出去玩，表现得格外开心；我记得一对姐妹，在深圳打工，春节回家的火车上，对面的阿姨递过来一个苹果，和她们闲聊：我记得一个父亲，从外地来到北京，住在天通苑人口密集的小区里，站在高楼的窗前，看着儿子出去坐地铁上班；我记得一位女士，在厨房做饭，操心柴米油盐，丈夫下班回来，紧紧地拥抱她。我还记得许多人描写的故乡，变得凋零，不复童年时的模样：我也记得许多人描写的异乡，许多人追忆的往事，用一千多字的篇幅就讲完一个人生活的一辈子。
还有人会写他/她养的花，他/她养的宠物，他/她热爱的音乐，他/她爱上的一个人，这些东西，像陈曦的那些小画一样，给我们温暖及安慰。
感谢所有“个人问题”的作者，也感谢那些习惯从最后一页开始阅读整本杂志的读者，让我们看到，在苍茫人世间，一个又一个的“我”。
