《十个魔法，让孩子拥有好口才》：
孩子如果忘记了对方电话里说的内容，会有什么后果？如果电话的内容纯粹是闲聊，忘记了也就罢了。但如果这通电话传递了重要的信息，孩子却像笑笑这样，什么内容都没记清楚，
肯定要耽误事情。记清楚对方电话里的内容、弄清楚对方打这个电话是说什么事，这是接电话的起码要求。但是，有些孩子连这样简单的要求都做不到，究其原因就是不重视这个电话，接电话的时候不够专心，一边接电话一边干其他的事情，敷衍了事，希望对方赶快说完、赶快挂断。
当然，导致这种错误也有打电话那一方的原因：对方本身就没表述清楚。但是，对方口才不好，孩子不能为此付出代价。接电话不是听听就完事了，而是要像谈话一样，和对方认真地沟通和交流。
记清楚对方电话里的内容，这也是对对方的尊重。如果对方说什么，你都没听明白、没记住，挂了电话就把对方交代的事情抛到脑后，会耽误双方的事情，少不了受到他人的埋怨和指责。因此，孩子在接听电话时要从以下几个方面记清楚对方电话里的内容。
1.用心听才能记清楚
孩子要记清楚对方电话里的内容，首先要听清楚。接电话的时候要认真听，把电视的声音关小一点儿，正在写作业时不妨停下来，如果太吵就到一个安静的地方听。接电话时不要摸摸这、摸摸那.不要还想着其他事情、心不在焉，只有这样才能听清楚对方电话里说的内容，也才有可能记清楚对方电话里说的内容。
2.对方没讲清楚的，自己要问清楚
孩子接电话时不光要听，还要说、还要问，因为对方的表达能力可能没有那么好，口才也可能很差，该说的可能忘说了，说出来的可能没说清楚，这就要求孩子来弥补对方讲电话的不足。
例如故事里的笑笑，爸爸的同事打电话时并没有详细地“自报家门”，这就要求笑笑主动问：“您是我爸爸的哪位同事？请告诉我您的名字，爸爸回来以后我让他给您回个电话。”
如果笑笑当时能这样做，爸爸就不用给每一个同事都打电话了。所以，问清楚对方没说清楚的，这也是接电话时必须做到的。
3.拿出纸和笔来记清楚
是不是自己认真听、该问的都问了，就能把对方电话的内容都记清楚呢？那也未必。人的大脑毕竟不是机器，忘记是很正常的。那怎么办呢？俗话说“好记性不如烂笔头”，用笔记下来不就不怕忘了吗？
所以，孩子在接电话前就要准备好纸和笔，或者在接电话的过程中告诉对方：“请等一下，我拿一下纸和笔。”如果这样做，对方电话里的内容一定会被牢牢记住了。
4.尽快传达电话的内容
故事里的笑笑之所以记不清楚电话的内容，原因之一就是那通电话过去太长时间了。所以，如果这个电话是让自己传递信息的，那就要在结束电话以后尽快向他人传递电话的内容，如果他人不在旁边或需要很长时间才能见到面，那就给他打一个电话，在电话里把信息告诉他。只有这样，才能避免遗忘电话的内容。打电话时要照顾对方的感受
打电话时不能忽略对方的感受，要观察一下电话那头的人是不是对你说的话感兴趣，他是不是听了半天都没出声了，弄清楚他为什么没有反应。
