Book Abstract

好，是指某一动作、现象或状况达到好的状态。
六好是指整理好、整顿好、清洁好、安全好、维护好、修养好六大项内容。这六项内容有机组合在一起，便构成一个管理体系——即六好管理。在行业上简称六好、六好法，也有人称6S、6H。早期也称“六常管理”，因为“常”是过程，“好”是结果，用“好”来表达更有积极意义，于是取名为六好。例如，一个人常吃与吃好是不同含义的，常吃可能表示经常吃，吃好则表示吃得好。经实践与发展，以及各个行业的推动，已经形成具有中国特色的六好管理。部分理论与实操方法，也开始行销于国外。
为了让更多的家庭享受到这种先进的管理理念，并以此提高家庭的生活质量，我们以“六好管理”为蓝本，制定了适合家庭管理的“家政六好管理”，或者说“家庭六好管理”，拍摄制作了“六好家政师培训教材”。
而六好家政师则是具体实施和推动“家政六好管理”的人。
家政六好的含义：（1）整理：意指使身边的物品都是必要的。
（2）整顿：意指物品分类按方法摆放整齐。
（3）清洁：意指清扫干净，并保持应有的清洁的优良状态。
（4）安全：意指通过安全预防、检查，达到人、财、物与环境几方面安全。
（5）维护：即通过制度化、规范化和视觉管理，来贯彻执行和维护前四好成果。确切地说，维护活动还包括利用创意和超越，从而更好地维护。
（6）修养：遵守六好，文明礼貌，利家利国。
以自觉遵守规则为基础，做好岗位工作，实现利家利企、利国、利天下的高尚品德。
六好管理是一种以良好结果为导向的管理技术，有利于实现优良服务、优良环境、优良品质。
六好管理是一个简单而又不简单的管理技术；是一种能够提升形象、品质与效益的技术；是融合古今中西的卓越管理技术。
家政六好管理着重于现场、现物、现实，以提升家政师的修养为始终。它立足于通过改变现实、整理现物、规范现场来创造一个整洁、有序、安全、美丽和有修养的家庭环境，养成认真对待每一件事、每一个细节的良好习惯，造福众多被服务的家庭，从而创造出令人尊敬的家政师形象，塑造出追求完美的企业精神。
邹金宏是倡导六好管理的导师之一，他认为六好管理是一个利家、利企、利民、利国的好技术，并希望这一技术能在全国得到推广应用。
邹金宏提议的六好标志是，三个“s”均衡交叉在一起，六个线条伸出点代表六个好。这是一个有转动感的标志，寄意六好在运动中守恒与持续进步（如下图所示）。
