跨国公司在华投资与资产并购对中国经济发展产生了一定的积极效应，但也对中国的国家经济安全带来一定程度的威胁。
《跨国公司投资、资产并购与中国经济安全》在理论上尝试建立跨国公司投资、资产并购与中国经济安全的分析框架和基本命题；在实践上，从跨国公司在华投资和资产并购对中国产业结构的影响、贸易结构的影响、金融安全的影响、自主创新能力的影响以及环境污染效应等方面，对中国的国家经济安全进行评价与反思，并提出维护国家经济安全的有效途径。
Author Description

樊增强，男，1969年生。山西永济人。山西师范大学政法学院教授，经济学博士（后）。2005年晋升副教授，2008年破格晋升教授。2012年被评为省级学术技术带头人，2010年入选教育部“新世纪**人才支持计划”，2007年被评为省高等学校青年学术带头人。2001年9月至2004年7月在西北大学经济管理学院攻读博士学位，2005年1月至2。07年5月在西安交通大学应用经济学博士后流动站从事研究工作。主持国家软科学研究计划项目、教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目等10余项。在中国社会科学出版社出版专2部。发表学术论文80余篇，其中CSSCI来源期刊40余篇，被《新华文摘》全文转载4篇。获得省级哲学社会科学研究**成果一等奖等奖项8次。

Book Abstract

《跨国公司投资、资产并购与中国经济安全》：
最终，美国在华进行直接的生产活动取代了美国对华出口贸易，这导致了中美间贸易逆差的持续扩大。美中经济安全委员会（USCC）指出，中国采取重商主义政策和FDI政策是导致中美间贸易严重失衡的一个重要因素。由于中国实施的特别外资政策，吸引了大量外资不断地流人中国，美国的跨国公司抓住机会在中国开始大量投资建厂，将中国市场作为其外贸出口的一个生产性平台，这样就形成了投资对贸易的替代效应，必然加剧了中美间的贸易不平衡。
谢冰对中国的FDI及进出口关系进行了实证分析后认为，对中国的直接投资和中国进出口之间出现相关性关系，显然这一结论印证了小岛清的研究。詹晓宁等认为FDI促进了中国出口产品结构优化，提高了中国出口产品的竞争力，从而有利于出口。蔡锐、刘泉根据1990—1999年的数据，用回归分析方法对我国对外直接投资的贸易效应进行了研究，他们认为中国企业技术的升级是受到外商直接投资的影响的，而影响的方式是“技术外溢”，技术升级使得中国企业的生产效率明显提高，进而促进出口贸易的发展。此外，尽管中国对其他发展中国家进行的资金投资规模不大，却也能刺激中国出口贸易额的增长。由此看出，中国的对外直接投资行为与贸易是呈现互补关系的。
沈国兵研究发现，外商在华进行的FDI与中国的进出口贸易并不存在长期的稳定关系，但在进行的格兰杰因果检验中，发现了外商在华进行的FDI与中国的对外贸易间表现为单向的因果关系。此外，研究还发现外商在华进行的FDI与中国对美出口和美中贸易逆差间分别存在着双向因果关系。
