《经济全球化研究丛书：货币国际化与金融市场发展关系研究》认为货币国际化与金融市场发展是一个有机的动态系统；不同国家“货币锚”发生的变化，意味着国际化货币进程的深入，其原因主要来自于金融市场发展因素的推动；货币互换和债券市场发展是促进货币国际化进程深入的有效金融市场途径；货币国际化进程的深入可以为发行国际化货币国家的金融市场带来财富效应、业务协同效应和福利效应；国际化货币出现以后，金融市场中的资产组合发生了调整，但是，金融资产组合中依然存在系统风险和非系统风险；最后，提出人民币国际化应与金融市场发展相互协调推进的观点。
Author Description

杨荣海（1979-）男，彝族，昆明学院副教授，经济学博士，研究方向为国际金融。2012年6月毕业于上海财经大学，获经济学博士学位，2011年8月，破格被评为副教授。近年来，主持云南省哲学社会科学课题、云南省院省校合作项目等课题8项；在《财经研究》等期刊发表科研论文34篇；2013年，获云南省第十六次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖。

《经济全球化研究丛书：货币国际化与金融市场发展关系研究》：
一、关于货币国际化进程的研究
关于货币国际化的进程，则是货币跨越国界，成为其他国家或地区普遍认可的计价、结算及储备货币的过程。从历史视角的货币国际化进程来看，美元国际化路径依赖的是全球性汇率协作制度安排，欧元国际化路径依赖的是货币主权联邦制的区域性制度安排，日元国际化路径依赖的是实体经济发展与金融深化政策（李建军，田光宁，2003）。20世纪30年代以后，各国投资者开始怀疑以黄金为基础货币的稳定性，金本位制的失败已经成为了历史必然的趋势。由于美国的产出在不断地下降，失业在恶化，国内的金融体系出现了不稳定的现象，经济的增长出现了衰退，政府不得不实行扩张性的公开市场操作，促使美元的下跌。美国放弃了金本位制度，这鼓励了其他国家纷纷跟着放弃金本位，从而导致“小美元区”的形成，使美元的国际化在一定的幅度推广开来。而另一个美元国际化进程的深入，是随着布雷顿森林制度的形成而出现的。这个制度带来了全球汇率的稳定，迅速解决了国际收支的问题，使得各国国际贸易和投资获得空前的发展，进而促进了战后经济的增长。美元的国际化需要全球性汇率的协作，国际经济合作是必要的。但是，当合作变成是错综复杂的政治和经济关系一部分的时候，也促使了布雷顿森林体系的崩溃，带来了国际化货币体系的改革。事实上，对于欧洲而言，由于支持美元已经开始危及到其国内物价的稳定和其他经济目标，因而德国和其他欧洲国家已经表示出放弃这种制度的意愿了（Barry Eichengreen，2008）。
现在，随着国际金融危机向全世界的传递，在国际经济往来中先后出现了不同的计价货币，而大部分的进出口企业和国家都希望使用币值相对稳定的货币来进行计价。随着货币国际化的推进，各国金融政策的制定者需要更加关注快速的本币国际化是否会不利于国内宏观金融的稳定，不利于整个金融体系的协调发展，进而抑制经济的增长。
货币的国际化可以分为以下两个方面：一方面是货币成为本国与其他国家经济往来中计价、结算货币的首要选择。关于计价货币选择的研究，最早可以追溯到Grassman（1973，1976）。他认为在进出口贸易中，交易双方一般倾向于选择出口企业的国家货币作为交易媒介和计价单位，这就是著名的Grassman法则。本文在前人研究成果综述的基础上，将货币计价的理论从商品的市场需求、宏观经济政策的实施和交易成本几个方面进行划分：
第一，从市场需求的角度来看，这一部分的理论大多产生于布雷顿森林体系崩溃以后，McKinnon（1979）、Donnenfeld和Zilcha（1991）、Giovannini（1988）、Viaene和deVries（1992）认为一国进出口企业不但会考虑产品的计价货币和自己企业的利润，海外需求市场的不确定性也是需要重视的一个问题，如果出口的商品有广阔的海外市场需求，那么出口企业国家的货币也就是较好的计价货币选择。Bacchetta和van Wincoop（2002，2005）运用了NOEM模型来分析出口商品计价货币的确定。他们认为如果在出口商品有显著差别和价格保持稳定的情况下，出口企业是愿意选择进口国家货币作为计价货币的。Goldberg和Tille（2008）认为计价货币产生的“羊群效应”可以从企业的收益和产品成本两个角度来展开分析。
