《为骤然经济研究丛书：温州民间资本投资竞技体育发展研究》从温州市实践经验的维度出发，以民间资本投资为切入点，通过对温州市民间资本投资竞技体育的具体做法、经验、困境、机遇因素进行综合分析和判断，界定温州民间资本投资竞技体育模式的范畴体系，与浙江省，乃至全国其他地区、欧美发达国家的做法进行比较，指出温州民间资本投资竞技体育模式的优势和劣势，研究指出温州模式可持续发展的后续政策、举措、保障等机制，通过温州模式内外生态系统的研究，构建可持续发展的政策、战略生态系统，进一步激发民间资本投资竞技体育的热情。

Author Description

布特，男，蒙古族，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。1964年出生在内蒙古科尔沁大草原，1982年考入内蒙古师范大学政教系学习，大学毕业后留校任教，主要从事马克思主义哲学教学和科研工作。1991年参加全国研究生统一考试，成为内蒙古师范大学哲学专业硕士研究生，1994年获得哲学硕士学位。在《内蒙古大学学报》、《内蒙古师范大学学报》、《内蒙古社会科学》等刊物上发表过哲学研究论文20多篇。1997年经参加公务员考试，进入呼和浩特市政府机关，先后在呼和浩特市城镇扶困再就业领导小组办公室、内蒙古商品交易中心管理委员会、呼和浩特市经济贸易委员会等部门工作，并担任一些部门领导职务。2006年考入北京体育大学，攻读体育管理方向博士学位。2009年，以优异成绩完成学业并获得教育学博士学位。近四年来，参与完成了三项国家“哲学社会科学基金”课题研究。与他人合作主持北京市“哲学社会科学课题”一项、国家体育总局课题一项。正在主持天津市第十二届政协调研课题一项、天津市“哲学社会科学基金”课题一项，还参与国家体育总局重点课题一项。在《北京体育大学学报》、《体育学刊》等刊物上发表体育研究论文30多篇。在2006年体育管理学年会、2008年体育管理学年会、第八届体育科学大会、2010年体育学博士高层论坛等学术会议上均做过专题学术报告。目前就职于天津体育学院，任共管事业管理教研室主任。
范海波，硕士，民进会员，温州体育运动学校教师，具有羽毛球亚洲级裁判长资格，参加过北京奥运会、广州亚运会、世界大学生运动会、苏迪曼杯、汤姆斯杯、世界杯、世界锦标赛等大型羽毛球比赛的裁判工作。
郑霞，温州大学体育学院副教授，硕士生导师，温州市健康体适能重点实验室主要负责人，主要从事体育社会学和区域特色体育等方面研究。主持并参与多项省部级及厅局级的课题研究；出版专著、教材各1部；公开发表学术论文十余篇；曾获国家体育总局优秀成果三等奖、温州市2014年科学技术进步奖三等奖、温州市社会科学优秀成果奖等。
