《基于性别视角的收入分配研究》系统分析了在近20年来快速转型发展背景下，中国劳动力市场上两性的收入差异及差异背后的影响因素，希望能够丰富性别研究的文献，并对劳动力市场上相关政策的制定和评价有所帮助。《基于性别视角的收入分配研究》主要利用多年来的CHNS数据库进行了分析，同时使用了世界银行、中国人口普查数据及其他国际机构的一些数据作为补充。使用微观数据库的优势是信息量很大，但数据处理的工作量很大。《基于性别视角的收入分配研究》在写作过程中对理论分析、数据处理、模型解释等方面一定存在不少亟待完善和改进的地方，非常希望学界同人能给予批评指正。

Author Description

高艳云，女，教授，1999年起在山西财经大学统计学院工作，兼青岛大学特聘教授。2002年毕业于东北财经大学，获得经济学博士学位，先后在英国拉夫堡大学经济学院、诺丁汉大学当代中国学学院访问两年。曾经先后获得“山西省青年学术带头人”、“山西省学术技术带头人”、“山西省高等学校中青年拔尖创新人才”等奖励。
