Author Description

林左鸣，福建漳州人，南京航空航天大学工学学士、四川联合大学国民经济学研究生毕业、长江商学院EMBA硕士、北京航空航天大学管理学博士。
曾先后在西南和东北两个大型国有企业任总经理、董事长；历任中国航空工业第一集团公司副总经理、总经理；现任中国航空工业集团公司总经理。兼任中国管理科学学会理事长，并兼任北京航空航天大学、厦门大学等高校博士生导师。主要研究方向为广义虚拟经济。已出版《看不见的心》等著作多部，并公开发表广义虚拟经济研究方面的学术论文30余篇。
2001年以来先后获“全国五一劳动奖章”、“全国国防科技工业系统劳动模范”、。国防科技工业有突出贡献的中青年专家”、“辽宁省最有影响的企业家”、“国家级企业管理创新成果一等奖”、“国家科技进步特等奖”等荣誉称号和奖项，并获“中国首批高级职业经理人”资格认证，享受政府特殊津贴。

如需求二元化、价值虚拟化、资本证券化、经营文化化等，这些现象是古典经济学所未曾描述的，而这些现象又导致在学术研究上有必要建立全新的理论范畴体系。从广义虚拟经济视角看.在宏观经济层面，这个时代出现了一些不能不了解的新概念。比如信息是第一资源、制文化权、广义虚拟经济主导权、经济托盘、财富标志泛化等。在微观经济层面，也同样有诸如经济题材、人气资源、期值变现、时间寻租、心理体验等新概念出现。不认真研究这些广义虚拟经济时代到来之后才出现的新概念。在今天的时代要从事现代经济活动几乎就会成为盲人瞎马。
在广义虚拟经济视角下，在宏观经济领域，经济全球化背景下的国家经济运行越来越表现为如下轨迹：在广义虚拟经济的极端形态领域，一个国家为保持自己的经济强势地位，必须首先做强自己的货币，从而掌握国际货币印钞权，维持高度发达的股市和期市，成为世界人气供应最充足之地，保持全世界对本国的信心。即掌握广义虚拟经济主导权；在广义虚拟经济的一般形态领域.大量输出文化产品，制定并输出标准，利用信息不对称掌握贸易规则优势和知识产权注册优势，企业则处于价值链高端，制造中心外移。不断打造国家期值，并把期值通过市场交易不断变现，维持强势。在微观经济领域，经济活动的轨迹表现为：选定一定的经济题材，在这个题材上创造心理体验，打造人气，提升期值，通过市场将期值提前变现，并以此来促进新的期值产生。这样一种轨迹，现在的人们用“蓝图经济”、“说故事经济”和“商业走秀场”等概念来描述，而打造人气、传递信心靠的是无所不在、无孔不入并使民众无可奈何、无人幸免、无所适从或不由自主跟从的媒体。
Introduction

自20世纪末改革开放以来.国内就有学者坚持对虚拟经济的研究。不过，如同社会上人们对它的一般理解，这里的“虚拟经济”主要特指由实体经济衍生而成的各种金融活动.实为一种狭义的虚拟经济。“虚拟经济”一词系由马克思关于“虚拟资本”的概念发展而来。在西方资本市场初起之时，马克思把资本市场中可以产生剩余价值的资本定义为“虚拟资本”。随着围绕虚拟资本的产业的蓬勃兴起，与其相对应的虚拟价值日益凸显，虚拟经济也就脱颖而出。所以，人们对它的上述狭义理解有其历史根源，也已经约定俗成。
时至今天，以满足人们心理需求和精神需求为目的，以品牌、服务、体验和文化消费等要素为体现的“广义”虚拟价值早已渗透到经济活动的几乎所有领域，并深刻地影响着人类社会和人们生活的方方面面。虚拟经济的广义形态（即与广义虚拟价值相对应的“广义虚拟经济”）的普遍存在，已是不争的事实。无论人们承认与否，广义虚拟经济已成为今天世界经济生活中的“黑天鹅”。也可以毫不夸张地说，物本经济占统治地位的旧时代正在逝去，人类社会已经依循其自身内在的发展规律，以一种虽悄无声息，却“红了樱桃、绿了芭蕉”的方式迈进了一个崭新的经济时代。
