张玉清，1964年生于山东青岛，1986年毕业于东北师范大学数学系；经济学博士，同济大学博士后。现任华东交通大学副校长、教授，政协江西省第十届委员会常委；九三学社江西省委员会常委：中华全国青联委员。曾任江西省分宜县副县长、宜春市市长助理。研究领域产业经济、企业管理、行政管理。近年来，先后发表学术论文50余篇，主编教材8部，出版著作9部，主持参加国家及省部级课题20项，先后获省社会科学优秀学术成果二等奖、省科技进步三等奖等。
