一、孔子说商道原理
富贵人所欲：富贵并非浮云
子曰：“富与贵，是人之所欲也，不以其道得之，不处也；贫与贱，是人之所恶也，不以其道得之，不去也。君子去仁，恶乎成名？君子无终食之间违仁，造次必于是，颠沛必于是。”（《论语·里仁》）
孔子的意思是说：“富与贵，这是人人都向往的，但如果不是用‘仁道’的方式得来，君子是不接受的；贫穷低贱，这是人人都厌恶的，但如果不是用仁道的方式摆脱，君子是不摆脱的。君子一旦离开了仁道，还怎么成就好名声呢？所以，君子任何时候——哪怕是在吃完一顿饭的短暂时间里也不离开仁道，仓促匆忙的时候是这样，颠沛流离的时候也是这样。”
孔子从不否认财富的吸引力，他认为“富与贵是人之所欲”，又说到“富而可求，虽执鞭之士，吾亦为之。”（《述而》）这种务实的态度并不违背崇高的理想，孔子的真正立场是：“不义而富且贵，于我如浮云。”（《述而》）
财富，古代儒家说成富，也称“利”。中国历代儒家论财富者甚多，还常有新见。俗话说：“人为财死，鸟为食亡。．”我以为，财富也将和自然、爱情一样，是一切思想家不断探讨的永恒课题。
《论语·子路篇》载：“子谓卫公子荆善居室。始有，曰：‘苟合矣。’少有，日：‘苟完矣。’富有，日：‘苟美矣。”’孔子说到卫国的公子荆善于管理家业。刚有一点财产，孔子就说：“差不多合格了。”稍微增加一些财富，孔子又说：“这就比较完备了。”当他富裕的时候，孔子就说：“这就很完美了。”这三个字：合、完、美，很有意思。合是基本合格；完是比较完备；美是相当美好。财富越多，孔子的评价也越高。这说明孔子是支持富裕的，赞美富裕的。
财富是美好的。这反映了孔子对财富的基本看法。儒家主张推己及人，自己喜欢寓，也要让大家都富，使人民也富起来。孔子有共同富裕的思想。，于是，“恭喜发财”成为通行语，“招财进宝”，“升官发财”，这些平民所企盼的，都离不开一个“财”字。
儒家认为好义与欲利是人生来就有的天性，也是必需的。荀予说：“义与利者，人之所两有也。虽尧、舜不能去民之欲利，然而能使其欲利不克其好义也。”（《苟子·大略》）董仲舒也说：“天之生人也，使之生义与利。利以养其体，义以养其心。”（《春秋繁露·身之养重于义》）钱财是养身体所必需的，人需要钱也是与生俱来的本性，是正当的。即使圣人也不能去掉民众的欲利之心。不过，圣人可以教育人民“欲利”不要超过“好义”。旦超过，就可能破坏人际关系，引来很多麻烦，其结果可能丧失更多的利。
为社社会和谐，也为了自己生活得更好，儒家主张要重义轻利。因此，董仲舒说：“义之养生人，大于利而厚于财也。”义对于人来说，比财富更重要。财富有两面性，它首先是美好的，或者说它本身是美好的，另一面是被无知无德所歪曲了、所利用了。
杜甫一生富有才华，但性情褊躁傲诞，自命清高，文人和气节是有的，然妻子不保，儿女至饿死，正应了司马迁在《史记·货殖列传》那句话：“无岩处奇十之行，而长贫贱，好语仁义，亦足羞也。”如果一个学者连一己的生活都不能很好地维持，而喜欢讲仁义，长期处于贫贱地位，也是不光彩的。
总之，儒家认为财富是好的，但要加以分析，一是如何挣来的，二是如何用的，取之以道，用之于义。
“富与贵”，用现代人的说法是“成功”，是牵涉了各项条件，如社会变迁、竞争手段、机会命运以及个人才华。世界上有富人，就有穷人，这是任何社会所不能免的情形。富有的如美国，照样许多穷人夜宿纽约地铁。儒家的兴趣不在过问一个人是贫是富，却想告诉一个人如何在贫富的环境下自处。
消极的表现，“贫而无谄，富而无骄”。俗话说：人穷志短，胸无大志，只求苟活，见了别人，难免是一副谄媚的表情。若不谄媚，就可能心怀怨恨。若是无谄无怨，又可能心如止水，好像“哀莫大于心死”的样子。
