Book Abstract

10月的一天，上海的袁先生无意当中看到一则小巷中张贴的广告，内容为：“如需贷款，请与我公司联系，电话2687××××。”适逢袁先生正好欠了一位老朋友12万元借款还没还，眼看还款期限就要到了，急得不行。焦急万分的袁先生第二天便拨打了广告中的“贷款电话”，仔细询问了办理贷款的相关情况。
10月17日，袁先生按照电话里相约的时间，来到广告中所说的上海宇盛投资管理有限公司，一位工作人员热情接待了他，袁先生很快与公司签订了一份《消费贷款代理协议》，并表示可以用自己的两套住房产权作为抵押办理贷款。
原以为贷款很快能够到位，但一连等了两个月，也没有任何音讯。袁先生急了，不断催问，那位工作人员便向他推荐了一位卜姓女子，“如果您实在等不及，我可以推荐一个人给您，她有办法能够比较快地贷到款，您可以试试。”
卜女士果然雷厉风行，她先向袁先生要了两套房子的产权证，随后带人上门查看房产。
“您要贷多少款？”卜女士问。

做了那么多年的生意，精明的王老板可不是那么随便相信别人的人，尽管是经过朋友介绍，但王老板对第一次见面的卜女士仍然不放心，在卜女士拿出两本产权证后，王老板提出一定要亲自见一下借钱的袁先生。于是，袁先生和王老板在卜女士的安排下见面了。
“我是做园林工程的，这个是我的工程合同，现在我需要事先垫付资金，工程总投资1亿多元，等工程前期款项一到账，我两个月后就可以还您。”袁先生掏出自己的名片递给王老板。
王老板也做过工程，知道工程垫付资金是常有的事，于是便点头同意借给袁先生90万元。12月30日，袁先生和王老板在卜女士等人的陪同下前往房地产交易中心办理了两套房屋的抵押手续，同时又在公证处做了房屋抵押借款公证。
看到借款之事已成，袁先生非常高兴。此时，卜女士建议：“我看您现在也不是马上用那么多钱，还不如先借给我放高利贷呢，年前的高利贷利率比较高，您短期里借我五六十万，您那九十万元的利息全部由我来还。”
卜女士的话打动了袁先生，是啊，打个时间差，赚点利息钱，何乐而不为呢？袁先生心里盘算了一下，立即答应了。
当王老板向袁先生的卡内汇入第一笔69万元之后，袁先生立即向卜女士转账了59万元。当王老板汇入第二笔款项21万元之后，王老板突然要求袁先生先支付给他21.6万元的利息。
“怎么那么高的利息？”袁先生一愣。
