的确，人活在世界上，不可能事事如意，每个人都要经历困难和挫折。想要在工作中不断进取，就要拥有良好的心态。尤其在职场中，积极向上的心态有利于我们在遇到困难时，发现问题、解决问题，使自己的工作进行得更加顺利。反之，消极的心态只会令我们在遇到挫折时抱怨和气馁，认为自己“无能”，在工作中毫无激情和动力。
试想，拥有消极心态的人怎么能把工作做好呢？即使自己有在工作中做出一番作为的念头，也会被消极的态度所打败，没有勇气向着成功的方向前进。
那么，在工作中，如何培养积极的态度呢？1．珍惜批评自己的人。
在工作中，做事难免出错，然而自己往往意识不到自己的缺点。当同事或者领导指出自己的缺点时，要认真接受批评，并心存感激，更要借此机会自我反省，完善和提升自己的能力。
