（3）对症处理问题行为。此处所说的问题行为，主要指对教师和其他学生以及自身的日常教学、学习造成了明显干扰或伤害的行为。比如上文提到的小易，他的打人行为，严重干扰了教师上课秩序，对同学造成了伤害，同时也不利于自己的学习。与ASD学生的不适应行为、刻板行为的处理方式有所不同，问题行为的处理应当做到“客观分析、对症处理”。
客观分析，指的是教师能够了解问题发生的具体情境，教师说明如下内容：发生的时间和频率：问题行为发生在什么时候？是突发的还是经常出现的？如果经常出现，那么一般在什么时候出现？发生的地点：问题行为在哪里发生？周围环境如何？发生的前兆：问题行为出现之前，发生了哪些状况？当时有什么人、物在场？发生了什么事情？发生的过程：问题行为具体表现如何？对周围环境和人产生了什么影响？问题行为持续时间多长？破坏力多大？发生的结果：问题行为发生后，其他人对ASD学生的反应如何？ASD学生得到了什么样的对待？这种对待是ASD学生想要的吗？ASD学生以及教师、其他学生对此有什么感受？
除此外，教师需要用准确的语言说明这五方面问题。首先，尽量不要使用形容词，而要使用动词、名词和量词，说明问题行为的具体表现形式。比如“经常走神”，不同人对此理解不同，但是说“一堂课至少有5次看窗外”就容易让人理解了。其次，不要过多地形容自己的主观感受或主观判断，而要描述问题行为的具体表现，比如，“这个学生很情绪化、很自私”，但实际上学生只是不允许别人动他的物品，谁动了学生都会大吵大闹。
进行客观分析后，教师可以从上述几个方面寻找出解决问题的线索。解决课堂上的行为问题，有三个层面的标准：第一是学生不再出现问题行为，能够遵守课堂规则，即不对教师和其他学生造成困扰；第二是学生能够根据教师的指导，参与课堂学习活动；第三是学生能自主学习，能够自愿参与课堂学习活动。达到第一、第二个层面的标准，才能说问题行为得到了解决；如果能达到第三个层面的标准，就说明教师不仅成功地解决了学生的问题行为，而且达成了教育的最高目标之一。
