Book Abstract

宝宝行为能力训练
熟悉环境
方法：每天可将宝宝竖抱片刻，使宝宝能看到房间内各种形态的物品，并向宝宝介绍周围景物。
目的：这样可以让宝宝熟悉周围环境，增强社交行为能力。但是室内的光线不能太强，并对宝宝说话和微笑。
把大小便
方法：出生半个月起，开始定时定点培养宝宝大小便的习惯。在便盆上方用“嗯”声表示大便或用“嘘”声表示小便。通过视——便盆，听——声音，加上姿势形成排泄的条件反射，在满月前后宝宝就懂得把大小便了。
目的：这项训练，既培养了宝宝与大人的合作，又能训练宝宝膀胱容量扩大，锻炼膀胱括约肌应有的功能，还密切了母婴关系，是一种良好习惯和能力的训练。
温馨提醒：在把大小便的时候，大人要挺胸坐正，不可压迫宝宝胸背而妨碍呼吸，当宝宝打挺表示不愿意让把便时，应马上放下宝宝，停止训练，以免使宝宝疲劳。
最好的宝宝启智游戏
悄悄话
方法：宝宝睡醒时，用缓慢、柔和的语调对宝宝讲些“悄悄话”，如：“你好啊，××（呼乳名）你醒了啊？睡觉睡得好吗？想妈妈了没有？”“××，我是妈妈，妈妈好爱你，你爱不爱妈妈啊？”等等。
目的：给宝宝听觉刺激，有助于宝宝早日开口说话，提高宝宝的智力水平，并促进母子之间的情感交流。
温馨提醒：对宝宝说话，最好用普通话反复和宝宝说，有条件的可以同时用外语说同样的话。这样可以让宝宝储存标准、丰富的语音信息，可促进其语言能力的发展。
看娃娃
方法：选择颜色鲜艳，脸部凹凸明显的洋娃娃。妈妈躲在洋娃娃后面，招呼宝宝看洋娃娃。可以让宝宝仰躺着，在距离宝宝四五十厘米远的地方，慢慢地移动洋娃娃。可以将洋娃娃向左向右水平移动，左右移动的幅度不要过大，5～7厘米就好，移动频率为每秒钟1～2次。将洋娃娃向下或向上的垂直方向移动，也可以将洋娃娃推近宝宝的面部中央，但是距离不能小于20厘米。
目的：刺激宝宝的视觉，训练宝宝注意力；鼓励宝宝注视视野内玩具的移动。
温馨提醒：做这个游戏的时候，动作不要过于猛烈，也不要让洋娃娃距离宝宝太近；可以边游戏边跟宝宝说话。
找玩具
方法：在宝宝的睡床上方约7～10厘米处悬挂一个体积较大、色彩鲜艳的玩具，如彩色气球。妈妈一边用手轻轻触动气球，一边缓慢而清晰地说：“宝宝看，快看，大气球！”或“宝宝，气球在哪儿？”
目的：此游戏引导宝宝用眼睛去看悬挂的玩具，训练宝宝逐渐学会用眼睛追随在视力范围内移动的物体。
温馨提醒：悬挂的玩具不要长时间固定在一个地方，以免宝宝的眼睛发生对视或斜视。悬挂的物品也不要过重或有尖锐的边角，以防不慎坠落时伤着宝宝。悬挂的玩具或物品还应定期更换花样，让宝宝有新鲜感。
轻轻抚摸
方法：在宝宝觉醒或和宝宝说悄悄话的时候，可配以轻轻的皮肤抚摸。抚摸部位可以是头发、四肢、腿、腹部、背部、足背、手背、手指等。每天至少5～6次，每次3～5分钟。每天洗澡后一定要抚摩。目的：发展触觉，促进生长，增进父母与宝宝的感情，提高宝宝感知能力。
温馨提醒：抚摩宝宝前要洗手，剪好指甲，摘下手表等金属物；可隔一层衣服或用柔软的毛巾轻轻抚摩，以防损伤皮肤。
随声舞动
方法：在床前悬挂色彩鲜艳或能发声的玩具，使它们在宝宝视线内摇晃，让宝宝注视，并随着玩具发声，手足舞动。
目的：训练宝宝的社交行为能力，开拓宝宝的思维发展。
温馨提醒：玩具不要只挂在一侧，应挂在床的四周，以免影响宝宝视力。
转来转去
方法：妈妈手拿色彩鲜艳的玩具，最好是可摇响的塑料玩具，在距离宝宝眼睛一尺远的地方，慢慢地移到左边，再慢慢地移到右边。让宝宝的头随着玩具方位转动。
目的：此游戏集动作训练、视觉训练和听觉训练于一体，进行综合训练。
温馨提醒：妈妈在移动玩具时，应将玩具摇响。宝宝的头能朝左朝右各转动90度，游戏即可停止，不要让宝宝转动的幅度过大。
宝宝智力发育水平
0～1个月的宝宝的智能发育水平如下：
（1）大运动水平：如果拉腕坐起，宝宝的头部能竖直片刻。但是，家长注意，出生1个月的宝宝，身体发育得还不是很结实，千万不要对宝宝硬拉强拽。
（2）精细动作水，平：如果你轻轻地触碰宝宝手掌，他会紧握拳。你把手指放人他的手心，他甚至会把你的手指攘起来。
（3）适应能力水平：眼睛能追随红色的球，听声音有反应。
（4）语言能力水平：能够自发细小喉音。
