4.父母怎样做好培养孩子独立性的家庭教育孩子的年龄、性格有所不同，其生理和心理特征就有所不同，这些差异是客观存在的。家长一定要根据孩子的具体情况，有针对性地做好孩子的教育工作。有的家长不看孩子的具体情况，不顾孩子的身心发展水平，只凭主观臆断，以主观主义教育方法对待孩子。这是违背儿童身心发展规律的，往往达不到教育效果，甚至还会适得其反。父母都希望自己的孩子能够成才，这是无可非议的。希望孩子学到更多的知识和技能也是可以理解的，但不能超越幼儿本身的接受能力。有的家长希望把孩子培养成为“全才”，画画、音乐、舞蹈、书法等等，恨不得一下子让孩子什么都学会。结果却把孩子搞得无所适从，结果什么也没学好，甚至还把身体搞垮了。孩子的天赋和智商是有差异的，如果孩子不具备某些天赋，家长只凭主观愿望，要求孩子学这学那，这就是强人所难了。这样做的结果，必然会给孩子造成很大的负担，引起孩子的反感，进而影响孩子的身心健康。每个孩子的个性、爱好、智商都不同，家长应该根据自己孩子的具体情况，采取适当的方法，进行有针对性的教育。
（1）家长要用心观察孩子在品德、性格和行为等方面的表现，及时进行启发、引导和教育。有的孩子很自信，认为什么事情都会干，不妨让他做一件较难的事情。做完后，可适当地指出他的不足之处，使他认识到自己还有些事情做不好，逐步培养孩子谦虚谨慎的美德。相反，有的孩子缺乏自信心，什么都不敢做，就可以让他做一些简单的事，在做的过程中给予指导和帮助，在适当的地方给予充分的肯定，让他认识到通过自己的努力是可以做些事情的。这样就能使他逐渐建立起自信心。
（2）在现实生活中，有些家长不注意培养孩子的劳动观念，甚至有的家长连吃饭穿衣都不让孩子自己动手，其结果必然造成孩子好逸恶劳的不良习惯。应该让孩子懂得懒惰是万恶之源。劳动可以促进孩子的智力发展和身心健康，家长要注意给孩子创造适当的劳动机会，让孩子从小养成热爱劳动和爱护劳动成果的好习惯，同时也培养了孩子独立生活的能力，这是家长对孩子进行早期家庭教育中不可忽视的。
（3）在对孩子进行家庭教育中，家庭成员要互相配合、协调一致，使孩子的品德和行为按照统一的要求发展。培养孩子形成良好的品德和行为习惯不是讲一次道理或做一两次练习就可以办到的，而是要经过多次练习不断强化和巩固才能形成的。家庭成员对孩子教育的态度和要求一致，就会促使孩予乐于对某些品德和行为进行多次练习，从而得到强化和巩固，最终形成良好的品德和习惯。
（4）通过实践活动教育孩子是取得良好教育效果的重要途径。在条件允许的情况下，家长尽量给孩子创造可以开展游戏和娱乐活动的空间。让孩子玩得高兴快乐，好奇心得到满足，想象力得以发挥，从而训练孩子的思维，培养孩子的动手技能。
（5）父母关心和爱护自己的孩子是人之天性。这种爱是培养孩子良好品德和行为的感情基础，没有这种爱，就谈不上教育，就难以达到好的教育效果。但爱而不教，管而不严，自然也达不到教育的目的。因此，家长在教育孩子时，要注意把关心爱护和严格要求结合起来，做到爱而不溺，严而不厉。
（6）父母首先做出榜样。也就是既重视言教，又要注意身教，把二者统一起来，使教育取得良好的效果。父母的思想品德和行为习惯，对孩子的发育成长有很大的影响。为此，做家长的要努力提高自身素质，为孩子做出榜样，把言教与身教结合起来。
