Book Abstract

几乎和语言的发展同步，孩子的身体发展也很快，他逐渐可以拿起笔、使用笔了。通过有节奏的运动、敲打式的运动、锯齿形的轨迹或者画圆，孩子留下了自己的第一个笔迹。当手和眼睛可以互相配合之后，一种新的表达方式——绘画便产生了。是孩子的艺术还是被隐藏的事实沃尔夫冈·格吕齐格尔在《孩子们的涂鸦、素描和绘画》这本书中，对成人们的一些表现进行了分析。很多成年人面对孩子的乱写乱画表现得“惊慌失措”。他们会对孩子的画进行更正、指责和劝导，有时候也会亲自示范什么是“正确”的画。他们根本不给孩子表达自己的机会，每次都不想看到真正的孩子的画。此外，格吕齐格尔还提到了，只有一小部分家长与此相反，他们允许孩子“自由发展艺术”，但他们也很少关心孩子们的心理成长。
每一个进行儿童画研究的人，都会经常遇到有上述这两种表现的成年人。
正是出于这个原因，我在从事成人咨询工作的过程中，总是提醒他们要亲自画画。通过自己画画，成年人可以明白，儿童画的美及其意义与我们一般意义上的艺术的美是不同的。儿童画的美表达了他们的健康、生命力、强健、柔软、内在以及生动。这一点与儿童的心理和身体发展紧密相关，而这种发展是一个有生活能力的、完整的人的前提。
快乐是驱动力。格吕齐格尔指出，当孩子们快乐的视线掠过他们的观察对象时，他们会感觉那可见的世界就活在自己身边，他们会用心编织这个世界，用更加深层和更加亲密的关系去感受和体会这令世界。反之，大人们却往往趋向于强迫或者引诱孩子们进行观察。

Introduction

本书记录了我作为母亲、教育者、艺术和造型治疗师的经历。——在书中，我尝试向那些对儿童画感兴趣的父母以及教育、咨询和医疗工作者介绍儿童画及其本质。我写这本书中的目的是告诉成人如何——理解儿童画的背景，如何弄清那些让人费解的表达方式和隐藏在画中的含义，并说明孩子们画画的动机和意图。
本书的重点在于描述和说明孩子们的即兴“作品”以及产生这些画的背景。孩子们的画来自不同的情境，本书主要讲述幼儿园阶段的孩子的状况，同时也有稍大或者稍小的孩子。B中提到了很多例子，包括健康的、心理不健全的、身体残疾的孩子，冲动的、沉默的、冷静的、内向的孩子，也包括经历过父母离异、与兄弟姐妹闹过矛盾，甚至与死亡擦肩而过的孩子。
