Author Description

吴增强，上海市教育科学研究院 研究员，现任上海学生心理健康教育发展中心主任，上海市心理学会副理事长，上海市心理卫生协会副理事长、上海市中小学心理辅导协会理事长。 长期从事学校心理辅导与青少年心理的研究。20多年来，著有十多部著作，发表重要论文、研究报告近百篇。其中《学习困难学生教育的理论与实践》获得国家教育科研成果二等奖、上海市教育科研成果一等奖；《现代学校心理辅导》获上海市第六届教育科研成果著作二等奖；《当代青少年心理辅导》获全国第三届教育科研优秀成果奖。 近年来，在儿童行为问题、学习困难的综合干预，生命教育、个案辅导、班主任心理辅导、学校心理健康教育政策与规划等方面进行了探索。编著有：《上海市中小学生生命教育研究》《多动症儿童心理辅导》《班主任心理辅导》《心理健康教育课程设计》。

四、学校心理辅导教师的角色冲突与化解
学校心理辅导教师的角色本身具有双重含义：一是学校心理服务专业人员，二是教师。那么作为教师，心理教师与学校任课教师显然既有共性又有个性。在学校心理辅导教师的基本职责一节已经厘清了其与一般老师的异同，但是在实践中，心理教师往往会出现一般教师所没有的“身份危机”和角色冲突。
1.教育者与咨询者的角色冲突
首先，国内中小学任课教师都从属各自的教研组，而心理教师往往是单独一人，缺少教研组的归属感，如果没有学校领导和其他老师的支持，他们常常会觉得势薄力单，成为“孤独的牧羊人”，由此产生角色认同的危机感。其次，还会引发教育者与咨询者的价值冲突。吴武典指出这种冲突体现在以下两方面：
（1）个人价值与团体价值的冲突。心理教师因为是专业辅导人员，总是以当事人（学生）的利益为最高前提，这往往与整个学校行政强调的团体价值有所冲突。这即是说心理教师如果要履行其职责，必须和学校行政人员进行许多沟通和交涉。他并不是要过分袒护学生，而是从学生生涯发展的长远效果上着眼。
（2）保密或不保密的冲突。心理教师有义务替来访者保守秘密，但一般教师对于学生和心理教师讨论与其有关的问题可能心怀疑惧，行政人员也可能好奇地想知道谈话的内容，这使得心理辅导教师感到难以应付其他教师的猜疑与校方的好奇，造成心理教师情绪上的紧张与困扰。
2.辅导工作中的角色混乱
心理辅导教师在学校开展心理服务时，由于职业经验不足或者急于求成，常常会陷入角色迷离。吴武典指出可能有如下表现：
（1）希望讨好所有的人。心理教师希望被校长、教师、学生、家长普遍接纳。如果他只想维持这种良好关系，便很难达成他的任务。如果他觉得自己应扮演这种全能或全好的角色，到头来往往会发现一无所成，甚至造成紧张与冲突。他应该根据辅导服务的主要需求，确立一个较为明朗的自我角色，根据这种需要研订辅导计划，而这种计划的着眼点不是要讨好所有的人。
