《主体的在世之在：宾斯万格研究《中国精神分析研究丛书》》是在我的题为《主体的在世之在——宾斯万格的存在分析学理论与实践研究》的博士论文的基础上修改而成的。
精神分析自弗洛伊德创立以来，经过百年的激荡，已经从一棵在风雨中摇曳的小树变成了一棵迎风而立的参天大树。现在的精神分析学这棵大树可谓是枝繁叶茂，郁郁葱葱。其中，宾斯万格创立的存在精神分析（简称存在分析）属于精神分析学这棵大树中的一个重要分枝，是精神分析运动的外部发展之一。宾斯万格把精神分析与存在主义、现象学哲学加以整合，创立了存在分析。在临床心理治疗实践中，存在分析主要解释和解决现代人的生存困境和精神失落问题，强调个体独特的心理体验和自由选择的能力，在某种程度上改变了精神分析深奥晦涩的理论特点和微言大义的分析作风。这无疑是我对存在分析产生兴趣的重要原因。
促使我对存在分析产生直接的兴趣与我本人的经历有关。1989年8月至12月我患了“腰段脊髓病变”（其实，到现在都未弄清到底是何种疾病）住院治疗。当我从医护人员那窃窃私语和过分热情的神态中，我似乎感到有一些异样，觉得自己是不是患上了不治之症。刚刚大学毕业才一年的我感到十分的焦虑、悲观，于是便觉得自己的生命里全然没有了欢乐、幸福和自信。“胡思乱想”是我每天的必修课，“没有意义”是我对所有事物和活动所贴的标签，“一切都完了”是我心中的信念。

Author Description

任其平，男，1965年生，安徽省安庆市人，心理学博士，安庆师范学院心理学教授，兼任安徽省心理学会常务理事及教育心理学专业委员会主任。主要研究领域为基础心理学和学校心理学。近五年来先后主持省级科研、教研项目4项，参与国家级项目2项，主持省级精品课程1项，获得安徽省教学成果奖2次。近三年来在《教育研究》、《比较教育研究》、《中国教育学刊》、《南京师大学报（社科版）》等核心期刊上发表论文10余篇，参与编写教材和参与翻译国外专著4部。

当然，宾斯万格在接受众多哲学思想洗礼的同时，也接受了精神分析的真正训练和熏陶。这使他首先就是一位精神分析学家和精神病学家。1906～1907年间，宾斯万格跟随精神病学家布留勒学习过，经常聆听布留勒的讲座；也与导师荣格保持着密切的联系，协助荣格做好弗洛伊德学会的工作。这两年对宾斯万格接受正规的精神分析训练奠定了基础，所以对宾斯万格思想的形成具有较大影响。但综观宾斯万格存在分析思想的形成与发展，对他影响最大的还是弗洛伊德（Sigmund Freud，1856～1939）。①自1907年荣格把宾斯万格引荐给弗洛伊德开始，弗洛伊德就对这位年轻人极为关注。他们之间偶尔见面交流，宾斯万格曾6次拜访过弗洛伊德；也用书信联系，他们之间共有190封通信。弗洛伊德也到拜里佛疗养院讲过学，还把一些病人介绍到拜里佛疗养院。尽管他们之间的学术观点不尽相同，但他们的密切关系一直保持到1939年弗洛伊德逝世。宾斯万格对弗洛伊德的尊重和弗洛伊德对宾斯万格的信任由此可见一斑。
作为精神分析学家的宾斯万格受到弗洛伊德的影响非常巨大，可以说，弗洛伊德的影响一直伴随着宾斯万格的一生，影响到宾斯万格对作为科学的精神病学的认识和对人的整体理解。
