尹文刚，男，现为中国科学院心理研究所研究员、博士生导师。1978年毕业于首都医科大学医疗系。1983年获中国科技大学研究生院理学硕士学位。1991年获英国伦敦大学神经心理学博士学位。曾任英国伦敦大学研究员，参与和主持过多项国际性大脑科研项目。长期从事人类大脑功能的研究，特别关注儿童大脑潜能的开发。他通过大量实验总结出来的开发大脑的原理和许多具体的操作方法，已被应用到全国各地众多的幼儿园和中小学校的教育实践中，取得了显著效果。
