第二章注意
注意是一切心理过程的开端。它在人的心理活动中起组织和调节作用。因而又是心理过程顺利而有效进行的保证。没有注意，就不会有人的认知，也就不会有人的情感和意志。在介绍人的各种心理现象时，我们首先论述这一心理现象，其原因就在这里。
第一节 注意概述
一、什么是注意
注意是心理活动对一定对象的指向和集中。例如，学生在上课时专心地听老师讲课，聚精会神地思考老师提出的问题，认真完成老师布置的作业，在这些活动中，学生并不是什么都看、都听、都记，而是把意识指向和集中于与学习有关的内容上，这就是注意。
注意有两个特点：指向性和集中性。
注意的指向性是指在某一瞬间，人们的心理活动或意识选择了一定的对象，而离开了其余对象。在千变万化的世界中，每时每刻都会有大量的刺激作用于我们的感官，但我们并不是把所有的刺激都作为我们的加工对象，而是有选择性的。我们只去选择那些对机体来说是重要的、有意义的刺激来进行加工，而对那些不重要的事情就不去注意或注意得模糊，以此保证意识的准确性和完整性。注意的指向性表明了人的意识或心理活动在哪个方向进行活动。意识的指向不明，人们从外界接受的信息也不同。
注意的集中性是指意识不仅指向于某一客观事物，而且全神贯注于这个客观事物，深入到客观事物内部中，使心理活动表现出一定的强度和紧张度。注意集中时心理活动会离开一切无关的事物，并且抑制多余的活动。
