第一节心理学的研究对象与任务
一、心理学的研究对象
心理学是研究心理现象的科学。心理现象是多种多样的，也是非常复杂的。心理学主要研究人的心理现象，也研究动物的心理现象；既研究个体的心理现象，也研究群体的社会心理现象。与物理、化学等现象不同，心理现象是看不见、摸不着的。通过对行为的观察和分析，我们可以客观地研究人的心理。因此，心理学还研究行为及其与心理的关系。
具体来说，对心理现象的研究可以从以下几个方面进行。
（一）个体心理现象
个体心理是指个人所具有的心理现象。个体心理极为复杂，表现形式多样。人的复杂心理系统可以从不同的角度进行分析。
从人的心理的动态一稳定这个维度上来看，一般把心理现象分为心理过程、心理状态和心理特性三个方面。心理过程是指在人的认知、情感、意志行动方面表现出来的那些心理活动。它们从不同的角度能动地反映着客观事物及其关系。心理状态是指心理活动在一段时间内出现的相对稳定的持续状态。心理特性也叫个性心理特性，是指表现在一个人身上的比较稳定的心理特性的综合。它反映个体心理的差异性和独特性，包括个性倾向性和个性心理特征两个方面。
从人的心理与外界环境的不同作用来看，可以把心理现象分为认知、动机和情绪、能力和人格三个方面。
从人的心理能否被觉知到的角度来看，可以把心理现象分为意识和无意识。
