（1）情绪与情感的分类
一般认为，情绪具有快乐、悲哀、愤怒、恐惧四种基本形式：
快乐是盼望的目的达到后继之而来的紧张解除时的情绪体验，其程度取决于激动的程度和愿望满足意外的程度。
悲哀是与所爱的事物的失去及所盼望的事物的幻灭有关的情绪体验，其强度依赖于失去事物的价值。
愤怒是由特别强烈的刺激引起的一种情绪紧张。
恐惧是企图摆脱、逃避某种情境的情绪，其产生的直接原因是已成形的认知序列的紊乱，是大脑活动过程严重紊乱的结果。
情感的种类繁多，它渗透到人类社会生活的各个领域中，按情感的社会内容可将其分为道德感、理智感、美感。道德感是个体根据社会道德行为准则评价别人或自己的言行时所产生的情感体验。它既是客观现实与主体的道德需要之间的关系在人脑中的反映，也是对比自己和他人的言行是否符合道德需要所产生的情感。比如，当自己的意图、行为举止符合社会公认的行为标准，人往往产生愉快、满意、自豪等情感体验；反之，则感到自责、羞愧等。理智感是在智力活动过程中，人的认识和追求真理的需要是否得到满足而产生的情感体验。它与能否满足人的求知欲、认识兴趣、解决问题的需要相联系。学生的理智感主要表现在对他们所学课程的兴趣、喜爱和好奇心上，并能体验到获得知识的乐趣，这种对科学知识爱好的情感，是在学习过程中经常获得愉快的体验中逐渐形成与发展起来的。美感则是人的审美需要是否得到满足而产生的情感体验，这种体验是个人根据所掌握的美的标准评价客观事物时产生的。美感总是由一定对象引起的。例如，锦绣河山、名胜古迹、艺术珍品等都能引起人们的美感。美感具有社会性和民族性，不同时代、不同社会制度和不同民族，对客观事物美的评价往往具有不同的标准。因而，对美的体验也会不尽相同。
