Book Abstract

《只有阳光，是自己的：人心宽处皆是路》：
然而结果却让人们意外，勇者没有将自己的手递给成功女神，他中途被迫放弃了。原因也让人们感到不可思议，他放弃最后的成功仅仅只是因为鞋子中的一颗沙粒。因为一开始时他忽略了鞋子中的沙粒，所以导致脚因长时间被沙粒摩擦发炎了，受伤的脚无法支持他到达终点，只能选择放弃。
一路上不管如何艰难，勇者都坚持了下来，而最终却仅仅因为一颗微小的沙粒而和成功擦肩而过。故事到这里貌似结束了，但事实上，还有后续的部分。
几年之后，勇者准备再次挑战同一高峰。这一次，他异常小心，但是他过度的小心使得他产生了忧虑，他担心各种客观条件会影响到自己的行程，让自己再次失败。因为上一次的教训，这次他异常小心沙粒，几乎每走一段距离就要停下来脱下鞋子倒一倒，即使鞋中没有沙子，他仍然感觉穿起来脚下不舒服。
勇者一路上都在担心着沙子会再次跑进鞋子里影响自己的成功。长时间忍受这种心理折磨的结果就是他不得不主动放弃。这次导致勇者失败的不是任何客观原因，而是忧虑的折磨让他处在了崩溃的边缘，最终只能选择放弃。
因为忧虑，勇者最终没能完成最高峰的登顶。我们有时也会因为过度忧虑而放弃一些本应坚持的事，如此看来，忧虑是我们前进路上最大的敌人。心有忧虑，就难以放开自己的手脚，唯有放下忧虑，才能勇敢向前。
现实生活中，我们心中的浮尘都是曾经的阴影，因为曾经的失败而难以忘却，当再次面临相同的境遇时，心中遗留的沙粒就会作祟，让我们想到曾经的失败，从而畏惧前行。不要因为脚下的沙粒而让自己时刻处于忧虑之中，试着淡忘曾经的失败，然后自然就能够让心中的浮尘随风消逝。
有一个年轻人患上了强迫症，时常感觉到苦闷，却找不到解决的方法。在吃完饭洗碗的时候，他总是觉得碗不够干净，怕碗里残留洗洁精，因为新闻上说残留的化学物质会危害身体健康，所以他总是反复洗好几遍。
每天晚上睡觉的时候，他都会起床好几次，检查门窗是否上了锁，因为他担心会有人人室抢劫，如果没有锁好门窗，那么他的生命和财产就会受到威胁。
每天出门前，他都要检查几遍是否带了家里的钥匙，因为如果忘记带钥匙就进不了家门，就要找开锁公司。到了公司，他又要检查好几遍工作，即使是做过的事情还要再重复一遍，因为担心会出问题。在认识他的人的眼中，他已经有点神经质了，他异常忧虑，晚上时常失眠，因为会想到工作，想到门窗……
他感到自己快要崩溃了，他异常痛苦，却不知道应该怎么治疗。最后他在朋友的介绍之下找了心理医生。心理医生通过对他施加催眠疗法治好了他的强迫症。
原来，他的忧虑并非空穴来风，在他5岁的时候，因为没有听家人的话，不讲卫生乱吃东西而得了胃炎，那种疼痛让他记忆深刻；在他10岁的时候，因为出门没有带钥匙而在家门口坐到半夜才等到家长回来；12岁那年他自己在家，忘记了锁门，于是遭遇了入室抢劫……这些经历都成为沙粒留在了他的心里。通过医生开导，他渐渐放下了这些过往，开始了新的人生。
