十二、再障的护理
1.再障常規护理
（1）再障患者高热护理
①密切观察发热时间、热势、热型及伴随症状。并定期测量体温、呼吸、脉搏，每日2-4次，出血时也应测量血压。
②高热时给予物理降温，头部置冰袋，温水擦浴，不宜用酒精擦浴，以防皮肤出血。
③高热患者不可将体温骤降38℃以下，以防大量出汗而虚脱。
④鼓励患者多饮水、饮料、果汁等，以补充水分，有助于排泄毒素。
⑤给予高热能、高维生素、有营养的流食或半流食。
⑥保持口腔清洁，勤漱口，用软毛牙刷刷牙。
⑦保持皮肤清洁、干燥，严防外伤。
⑧防止患者受凉感冒，尽量减少与外人接触。
（2）再障患者鼻出血护理
①出血量少时，用棉球或纱布蘸止血药（云南白药、三七粉、明胶海绵等），压迫止血，但禁用肾上腺素类血管收缩药物点鼻，因其可使局部黏膜坏死，加重出血。
②患者向上仰头，冷敷鼻根部及前额部止血。
③出血量大时，请鼻科医生处理，可用油纱条填塞，压迫止血。24小时候更换油纱条，以防长期压迫，造成局部组织坏死或细菌感染。
④如有血液由后鼻腔流至咽部，应设法重新止血，直至出血停止。
⑤患者居室内空气、温湿度要适宜，不可过于干燥。
⑥鼻痒时可用棉棒擦鼻，或涂薄荷油，切忌用手挖鼻孔。
（3）再障患者皮肤出血护理
①要经常细心观察各部位皮肤、黏膜有无出血。
②已有出血者，要记录出血部位、性质、血色、血量；出血多者，应观察血压、脉搏、呼吸及神智改变。
