Content Description

全书90万字，上篇为《回回药方》源流考释，下篇为《回回药方》原文考释。本书原文考释部分的体例是按照《回回药方》原文的先后顺序，采取逐页逐行对照的方式进行编写，方便读者对照阅读。本书利用语言学、史学、科学的研究方法，对现存《回回药方》残本中的医学术语等问题，做了周密细致的考释，其中特别对古代中国与伊斯兰世界的医学交流、中国各民族文化的交流与融合都提出了独到的见解。这不仅仅对中国的医药史研究有很大的价值，对古代中外文化交流史和中国医学发展史的研究，都有重要参考价值。

Author Description

宋岘（1946-），男，汉族，中国社会科学院世界历史研究所古代中世纪史研究室研究员，教授，从事阿拉伯古代史研究，著有《回回药方考释》、《古代波斯医学与中国》、《中国阿拉伯文化交流史话》。《回回药方考释》一书，向读者展现出古希腊、罗马医学，古印度、波斯医学与阿拉伯医学同中国的回回医学之间在哲学理论与医疗方法上的传承关系，反映出中国多民族文化的相互影响与融合，在国内，受到中国民族医药学会与中国中医研究院医史文献研究所的认可，同时受到回族医师们和维吾尔医学界的欢迎。
