Introduction

先天性心脏病为小儿常见心脏病，估计我国每年有15万～20万先天性心脏病患儿出生。先天性心脏病患儿若不及时诊治，会早期夭折或出现严重并发症，从而增加手术死亡率或使患儿失去手术机会。而如果术前诊断及介入治疗不规范，或者外科手术指征选择不当，常不能达到最好的治疗结果，并会增加手术并发症及死亡率。为此，我们根据上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院二十余年来在培养国内小儿先天性心脏病内外科专业医师的培训班教学中的要求，以及和国外小儿心脏中心合作过程中获取的一些体会，力图编写适合国情的心导管术专著，因此在1997年撰写了《心导管术——先天性心脏病诊断与治疗》一书，该书为国内首部专论先天性心脏病诊断性及治疗性心导管术的专著，它适时地迎来了我国小儿先天性心脏病介入性治疗及先天性心脏病外科手术长足发展的时期。该书的出版获得同行的好评，并盼早日出版新版。随后十年来，我国先天性心脏病诊治取得较大成绩，一方面对婴幼儿及重症复杂性先天性心脏病开展诊治，明显减少了这些疾病的病死率；另一方面，先天性心脏病介入治疗在材料、实验、方法学、临床应用及随访研究方面也都有了长足的进展。由于先天性心脏病病种多、病理类型不同、年龄及病情轻重不一，对每例先天性心脏病需提供心血管畸形形态学、血流动力学、心功能等精确资料，对于重症及复杂性先天性心脏病，这些资料尤其是血流动力学资料多依据心导管检查获取。我国地域广阔，各地医疗技术发展不平衡，专科医师技术水平及设备条件都存在较大差距。要使我国先天性心脏病诊治逐步达到国际先进水平，必须加速培养合格的小儿心脏病专科医师队伍。正确、规范地进行诊断性导管术以及介入性导管术，则是小儿心脏专科医师必须具备的临床操作技能。为此，我们撰写了《先天性心脏病心导管术》一书，期望有助于进一步提高我国先天性心脏病的诊治水平。
