第一章 手术室护理的发展
第一节 手术室的历史沿变
手术室源于16世纪的意大利和法国，当时只是一个圆形的剧场，不是为活着的人做手术，而是为了解剖尸体。随着时代的进步，外科学得到了飞速的发展，科学技术推动了手术室的发展。到了19世纪，随着麻醉学的诞生，美国牙科医生wam T G M0non于1846年在美国麻省总医院（MasSaChuscKs General H0spi01）首次当众使用乙醚麻醉成功地进行了拔牙手术。尽管当时的手术场地设在图书馆的教室内，甚至没有正式的着装，却由此拉开了手术室历史的帷幕。一、手术室的发展历史
外科手术的历史可以追溯到遥远的新石器时代。随着社会的进步，外科学飞速地发展，同时也带动了消毒灭菌技术和无菌技术的更新与完善。1846年美国麻省总医院的牙科医生wmiam T．G．Mon皿揭开了手术室发展历史的序幕。
二、手术室的进化
1．第一代手术室 又称为创世纪简易型手术室。一个世纪以前的手术并非在固定的地方施行，而是在病房或患者家中，也有的在医生的诊所中进行。医学在不断进步，1886年细菌的发现、蒸汽灭菌法的诞生，使手术器械得到了有效的消毒；1887年外科洗手法的创立，显著降低了术后患者的感染率；1897年口罩开始使用，过滤来自医务人员的细菌；1898年灭菌手术衣开始使用；所有这些逐步形成了简易型手术室所具备的基本要素。
2．第二代手术室 又称为分散型手术室。20世纪的欧洲，医院的部分病房内开始配置各自相关的手术室。1937年召开的法国巴黎万国博览会上，现代模式的手术室正式创立。
3．第三代手术室 又称为集中型手术室．20世纪中期，病房开始集中化后，出现了集中型手术室。1955年，日本东京大学集中型中心手术部正式开设，揭开了日本集中型手术室的帷幕；1963年，中央供应型手术室平面布局在美国诞生；1966年，世界上第一间层流洁净手术室在美国的巴顿纪念医院设立；1969年，英国卫生部推荐的手术室平面布局，就是今天被广泛使用的污物回收型手术室的雏形。
4．第四代手术室 又称为21世纪的手术室。跨入了新的世纪，开始步入新的手术时代，乎术室相对集中，功能完全独立，设备精良，能满足各种类型的手术需求。

Introduction

手术室专科护理在我国高等院校课程中没有专门教材，部分课程归属在外科护理学和基础护理学中，而且教材内容和篇幅与手术室专科护理内容相差甚远．因此，手术室护理专业教育相对其他护理专业基础显得更加薄弱。《中国护理事业发展规划纲要（2011—2015）》指出：“十二五”期间将进一步加快护理教育的改革与发展，完善护理教育方式，坚持以岗位需求为导向，促进理论与实践相结合，大力培养临床实用型人才，突出护理专业特点。
《手术室专科护理学》的编写正是顺应了这一目标要求，全书共分21章，从编写设计上应手术患者需求，增加了患者手术过程中生理、心理、人文与社会等方面内容，进一步拓展了手术室护理内涵。从撰写内容上，关注手术室护士基础知识薄弱部分和临床实践重点部分，系统地介绍了各个专科手术的基础理论知识、局部解剖知识、手术体位护理、术前物品准备、特殊器材准备、手术配合技能、患者术前评估、术中病情观察及个性化护理措施等。既为临床手术室管理者提供较好的培训工具，也为广大的手术室护理人员提供学习教材。
此外，本书还可以作为护士职前教育的选修课程，为培养手术室专业护理人才奠定坚实的理论基础，同时其出版也填补了当前我国高等院校教育中手术室护理内容缺失部分。本书编写根据手术室护理专业自身的特点，结合临床发展需求，力求达到使手术室专科护理知识化、规范化、系统化、标准化的目的，培养临床手术室护士分析和解决手术专科护理问题的辩证思维方法和临床综合能力。相信本书的出版将为促进我国手术室专科护士培养规范化、系统化及科学化作出贡献。
