Author Description

黄璐琦，男，研究员，博士。现为中国中医科学院副院长兼中药研究所所长，国家973计划项目首席科学家，国家中医药管理局中药学学科带头人，兼任国务院学位委员会中药学科评议组委员，世界卫生组织传统医学（中药）合作中心主任，国家药典委员会委员，国家生物物种资源保护专家委员会委员，中华中医药学会中药鉴定分会主任委员，中国中西医结合学会中药专业委员会主任委员，中国生态学学会中药资源生态专业委员会主任委员，《中国中药杂志》副主编，Journal of Traditional Medicine（Russia）编委等。为中华全国青年联合会委员，中央国家机关青年联合会委员，北京市青年联合会委员。
主要从事中药资源学和分子生药学研究，曾负责国家级和部局级课题10余项。目前，以第一完成人获国家科学技术进步二等奖2项，中华中医药学会科学技术二等奖2项，中国中西医结合学会科学技术二等奖2项，北京市科学技术进步二等奖2项。1999年起担任博士生导师，培养硕士、博士研究生70余名。在国内外一级刊物发表论文200余篇，著作8部。先后获“中国青年五四奖章”“中国青年科技奖”“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”“中国中医药十大杰出青年”“卫生部有突出贡献中青年专家”“北京十大杰出青年”“中央国家机关十大杰出青年”等荣誉称号。享受“国务院政府特殊津贴”。

第二章中药资源生态学的基础理论
第一节环境与生物的关系
一、环境对生物的影响
环境是指某一特定生物体或生物群体以外的空间及直接、间接影响该生物体或生物群体生存的一切事物的总和。环境总是针对某一特定主体或中心而言的，环境的概念只具有相对的意义。在中药资源生态学中，一般以中药资源为主体，环境是指围绕着中药资源个体或群体的一切外部因子的总和。
（一）大环境与小环境
依环境范围大小可将生物的环境区分为大环境和小环境。大环境指具有不同气候和植被特点的地理区域环境、地球环境（包括大气圈、岩石圈、水圈、土壤圈和生物圈的全球环境）和宇宙环境。由于气候、土壤等非生物因子常常是在相当大的地理区域内具有相似性或连续性，为此，根据环境中的各种物理化学特性，如土壤类型、气候和地质形成过程等可将环境进行分类，从而达到认识环境的目的。根据生物种类的一定组合特征（即生物群落）把具有相似群落及其相似非生物环境区域连成一个大区，形成生物群落带（biome），如热带森林群落带、温带森林群落带和苔原生物群落带等，进而可以推测药用动植物的适宜或不适宜生长区。
大环境代表了环境的共性，而生物更多的是受其邻接环境，特别是小环境的影响。小环境是指对生物有着直接影响的邻接环境，如生物表面的大气环境、土壤环境等。例如，树木可改变气流并使其下面的地面产生绝热效应，形成阴凉的场所；枯枝落叶层在腐烂分解前，会像地毯一样覆盖在土壤表面，起着绝热层的作用，而腐烂后又可改变土壤环境；山体可形成最典型独特小气候，造成阴坡和阳坡、迎风坡和背风坡，影响温度、降雨等气象因子的垂直变化，并对药用动植物分布形成直接影响。小环境受大环境影响，与大环境一起对药用动植物起到直接或间接的影响。
