Introduction

药剂学是一门具有药品生产和安全有效应用的多分支综合性学科，主要研究如何将原料制成适用于医药领域的剂型。药剂学包括药物制剂的理论、工艺、设备、新剂型和新辅料的开发以及药物的体内外评价等。任何药物必须制备成具有一定形状和性质的剂型，才能达到充分发挥药效、减少毒副作用、便于使用与保存的目的。
药剂学实验是药学各相关专业的最为重要的专业实验课程之一，其教学目的是使学生掌握药物剂型的设计及药物制剂制备的理论知识和技能，掌握药物制剂质量控制的方法并能对药物制剂进行质量评价。药剂学实验课程对药学各专业的学生掌握相关领域知识和技术方面起着至关重要的作用。药学及其相关专业以“全面推进素质教育，培养适应二十一世纪现代化建设需要的社会主义新人”为办学思想，致力于培养德、智、体全面发展，适应新世纪我国现代化建设需要，适应国际人才市场需求，深化药学、药剂学和药物制剂工程等方面的基本理论知识的理解，掌握药剂学基本实验技能的人才；并能在药物制剂和制剂技术等相关领域从事工艺设计、生产技术改进和质量控制等研究工作的人才；同时培养出具备高度社会责任感和良好的道德修养，具有创新精神、经济观念、环保意识、求实作风的高级技术人才。
本书是在华东理工大学药学院制药工程系药物制剂专业多位老师的共同努力下，以多年来的实验教学经验为基础，并参阅了相关资料后编撰而成的。本书实用性强，可供药物制剂、药学、制药工程等专业的学生使用，也可供药学类相关专业学生参考使用。本书突出药剂学实验理论知识的应用和学生实际动手能力的培养，强调基础知识和实验原理的理解，主要内容涵盖了在药剂学方面具有代表性的三十个实验。每个实验包括实验目的与要求，基础知识与实验原理，仪器与器材，实验内容，实验结果与讨论和思考题。
