《临床实用手功能康复学》：
3.表面肌电信号特征在运动性疲劳中的分析
肌肉疲劳产生过程中，肌电图的振幅和频谱指标均会产生相应变化，肌肉疲劳通常是指肌肉运动系统最大做功能力或最大收缩能力暂时下降，表面肌电信号可以在一定程度上反映肌肉收缩功能的变化。
（1）疲劳产生过程中IEMG的分析在运动性肌肉疲劳过程中由于部分运动单位的疲劳，肌体需要重新动员新的运动单位参加运动或使同一运动单位放电频率增加，故IEMG的检测结果是增加的，所以认为它是反映肌肉张力的一个重要的时域指标。
（2）疲劳产生过程中RMS的分析RMS是放电有效值，其大小决定肌电幅值的变化，与运动单位募集和兴奋节律的同步化有关，随着肌肉力量的增强，肌肉同步化水平的相应提高，最终表现为RMS随着运动负荷的递增而呈线性增加的特点。
（3）疲劳产生过程中MF的分析中值频率（MF）是骨骼肌在收缩过程中肌纤维放电频率的中间值。MF抗噪声干扰性强。在原始表面肌电信号进行FT转换后发现疲劳时肌电信号的功率谱向低频方向转移，低频比重增加，高频比重减少，特征量FM值下降，分析以上现象的主要机制是骨骼肌在递增负荷运动中肌纤维的募集状态发生了变化，早期运动快纤维的快速疲劳，而募集更多未疲劳的慢纤维加入工作，结果慢纤维被募集的比重加大，甚至以慢纤维的低频放电为主，从而导致肌电频率下降的重要频域指标。
（4）疲劳产生过程中时频域联合分析在肌肉的动态分析中，振幅的上升同时伴有频率的下降，提示肌肉疲劳。
（5）表面肌电信号指导康复治疗利用表面肌电信号提取出的特征信号作为功能性电刺激的控制信号，瘫痪的肌肉接受康复治疗，但须同步了解被刺激下肌肉的疲劳状况，用以控制功能性电刺激的强度和时间，表面肌电信号可作为生物反馈疗法的反馈信号提供给临床，便于制定合理的治疗和训练方案。
（6）表面肌电信号分析的特点与注意点从临床周围损经损伤后早期随访病例中未发现肌电疲劳指标的明显异常，究其原因，是参与活动的肌纤维类型的不同。被随访的肌肉是以慢纤维的结构组成为主，肌电位表现为极低波幅的少量有效的肌电信息量，引证了快纤维权重高者，平均功率频率（MPF）较高，疲劳时下降明显，而慢纤维权重高者下降不明显。所以疲劳试验用于早期临床随访的意义不大。
从肌肉的疲劳域值来评估肌肉收缩功能的潜力，疲劳域值越低，肌肉活动后容易疲劳，所以分析疲劳域值指标可能有一定的临床意义。
