Introduction

陈椿教授、朱勇教授主编了《外科医嘱速查手册》。本人借此撰写序言之际先行阅读，实乃荣幸之至，认为本书是一部十分有用的参考书。这本书主要是面对年轻的临床外科医师，包括低年资的住院医师、实习医师和见习医师，对于这些人员来说，开好医嘱并非一件容易的事。因为下医嘱要在对疾病做出正确诊断的基础上，开具科学合理的诊疗措施，供临床医护人员遵照执行，并要在治疗实践中不断地调整修正，直至患者病愈出院。低年资医师虽掌握了一些理论知识，但临床经验不够丰富，不经过一定的实践和积累，难以下达规范、合理的医嘱。该手册的内容涵盖当前外科临床上的常见病、多发病，对术前、术后如何下达常规医嘱做出较为全面的描述，针对其中的特殊检查和治疗，包括药物治疗、手术治疗作相应的注解，使读者能知其然亦知其所以然。本书受篇幅所限，无法做到面面俱到，比如罕见病种就无法罗列其中，术后医嘱也多限于术后一两天的医嘱，但总的来说，该书除了对常见病、多发病的医嘱进行陈述，还有临床经验的总结和对最新医学进展的阐释，可以满足年轻外科医师和医学生的要求。
医学是一门学无止境的科学，人类不断出现新的疾病，而新的诊疗手段、新的诊疗指南也不断出现，每位临床医师都应该活到老、学到老。临床上每个病例都不完全一样，医师对患者的诊疗方案实施也不尽相同，存在许多个体化差异。因此，年轻医师们在参阅本书下达医嘱时，不能生搬硬套，要掌握好共性和个性，举一反三，结合临床实际开出合理的医嘱。本人相信此书的出版对广大年轻医师颇有启迪和参考价值，使人受益匪浅，故予推荐。
