凌瑞，主任医师、教授、研究生导师。1987年毕业于第四军医大学军医系。现任中华医学会肿瘤学分会乳腺癌学组委员，中国医药教育协会乳腺疾病专业委员会副主委，中国医师协会外科医师分会甲状腺外科医师委员会委员，陕西临床营养学分会副主任委员，全军普通外科专业委员会内分泌乳腺外科专业学组委员，陕西省乳腺肿瘤专业委员会副主委、候任主委，陕西省保健协会肿瘤防治专业委员会副主任委员，陕西省保健协会乳腺疾病专业委员会副主任委员，《中华乳腺病杂志》（电子版）编委，《医学参考报》乳腺病频道编委，中华医学会医疗鉴定专家库成员，《中华实验外科杂志》特约审稿专家。获陕西省科学技术进步二等奖、三等奖各1项，军队医疗成果二等奖、三等奖各1项，科技进步二等奖、三等奖各1项。主持和参研课题多项。主译论著1部，参编论著11部，其中2部任编委。以第一或通讯作者发表论文38篇，其中SCI收录论文11篇（最高影响因子6.636）。

樊菁，主治医师、讲师。2007年博士毕业于第四军医大学。2008年获日本SASAGAWA奖学金资助，于日本旭川医科大学第一外科访问学习1年。2012年赴美国哈佛医学院布莱格姆妇女医院及DanaFarber研究所访问学习3个月。在第37届日本血管外科协会年会上做壁报展示，在第51届日本脉管协会年会做大会发言。发表论文10余篇，教学论文3篇，任主编及副主编出版专著3部。

Book Abstract

《高风险乳腺癌的防治策略》：
通过将模型适用的程序引入分析危险因素的多级Logistic回归分析，研究者使模型从数学上更加适合推测某妇女BRCA1和BRCA2基因的突变概率。该妇女应在50岁前就被确诊为乳腺癌，同时仅存在其他个人或家族病史。当对确诊为卵巢癌的女性进行分析时，没有显著的因素出现。因此，为了从一开始就能够适用于MyriadⅡ模型，患者必须符合以下两个条件：为女性，50岁前被确诊为乳腺癌；并且至少有1位亲属在50岁前被诊断为乳腺癌。如果这两个条件都不具备，那么就不适用MyriadⅡ模型。对于符合条件的患者，MyriadⅡ模型会因是否存在以下条件来调节BRCA1或BRCA2突变检测的阳性概率：①有亲属患卵巢癌；②患者为双侧乳腺癌（一侧诊断时<50岁）或患卵巢癌（除了50岁前被诊断为乳腺癌以外）；③患者40岁前被诊断为乳腺癌，或上述因素的任何组合。例如，如果某妇女39岁时被诊断为乳腺癌，其1个亲属50岁前患乳腺癌，另一个患卵巢癌，则其BRCA1检测阳性的概率为50。9%，BRCA2为7。9%，任何一个基因阳性的概率为59%。与Myriad1模型不同，该模型并未发现德裔犹太人BRCA突变概率升高，因此，并未将其纳入模型分析。
由于升级后的模型纳入了BRCA2基因，并制订了统一的选择标准，确认了绝大多数病例的病理类型，使用便利（速查表），MyriadⅡ较Myriad1有明显的提升。然而，此模型有两处明显的缺点：首先，它基于高度选择的患者人群，其基因突变的检出率达40%，这在大多数癌症中心并不常见；其次，考虑到模型的适用人群，该模型是十分苛刻的，这一点限制了其应用范围。如上所述，如果某患者或家族中50岁前没有人患乳腺癌，则就不适用该模型。该模型存在的其他问题与Myriad1和PENN1模型相同，包括基因检测的技术和不确定显著率的高度突变性，缺乏男性乳腺癌数据，包含低度恶性潜能（交界性）或黏液卵巢癌和非上皮来源卵巢癌的发生概率。
