口腔综合治疗台是口腔诊治工作的基础设备，是一种机、电、水、气合一的设
备。口腔综合治疗台是口腔科最基本的设备，诞生于20世纪30年代末的美国。半个
多世纪以来，其发展经历了从原始的生活座椅加简单的器械台到相关的设备器械一体化；从机械低速牙钻、自然采光到射流(气动)高速牙钻、光纤照明；从简单的手
工操作到自动化程序控制；从患者的固定体位、医师的强迫体位到两者皆可随意调
整、舒适安全体位的过程。
现代牙科综合治疗台综合应用当代各项高新技术，设计和工艺围绕着美观舒适、功能齐全、安全卫生等主题不断创新。
一、基本结构及工作原理
(一)基本结构
现代口腔综合治疗台基本结构包括病人椅、医生及助手座椅、水电气调节转换设备、高低速手机接口、卫生及供水设备、控制表盘、手术灯、机械盘、喷枪、负吸引装置等口腔临床治疗基本设备。大多数综合治疗台都预设选配件安装接口，常见选配设备有光固化机、洁牙机、力矩反馈动力系统、牙髓活力及根管长度测量装置、观片灯、各种模块、口腔显微及多媒体设备等。
