Content Description

《医方集解》是清代著名医家汪昂所著，成书于清康熙二十一年（1682年）。汪昂，字切庵，安徽休宁西门人，生于明万历四十三年（1615年），卒于1694年。邑之秀才，少年即以古今文辞知名，为一方辞学宗工，有《切庵诗文集》若干卷行世。以其文才，仕途进取，《休宁县志》称“易如拾芥”。与休宁知名人士金声过从甚密。甲申之变，弃儒从医，寄籍浙江丽水。汪氏以其雄厚的文辞功底，致力于医学理论研究，临床之余，勤于笔耕，著有《素问灵枢类纂约注》、《医方集解》、《本草备要》、《汤头歌诀》、《经络歌诀》、《勿药元诠》等医书盛行于世。
《医方集解》全书共6卷，21门，并附“救急良方”、“勿药元诠”两章，《医方集解》辑数十家之言以详析方理，故名“集解”。采集上起东汉，下至明初，诸凡中医古代著名方书所载较为临床常用，且具有代表性之方剂，并汇集历代医家论述予以注释。计收正方377首，附方488首，分列二十一门。该书论方，层次分明，汪氏于每门之下，先概述该门方剂功用、适应证及其治病症的病因、病机，并在每个具体方剂中，先分析本方主治病症及此症的临床表现，次述本方药物组成及每味中药的用法、药性、制方之理及加减，最后详论附方。此书之长，在于“辨证论方”，“虽名方解，然而病源脉候、脏腑经络、药性治法，罔不毕备”。

卷一
补养之剂
补者，补其所不足也；养者，栽培之、将护之，使得生遂条达，而不受戕贼之患也。人之气禀，罕得其平，有偏于阳而阴不足者，有偏于阴而阳不足者，故必假药以滋助之。而又须优游安舒，假之岁月，使气血归于和平，乃能形神俱茂，而疾疚不生也。经曰：圣人不治已病治未病，不治已乱治未乱，夫病已成而后药
之，乱已成而后治之，譬犹渴而穿井，斗而铸兵，不亦晚乎?故先补养。然补养非旦夕可效，故以丸剂居前，汤剂居后。
六味地黄丸补真阴，除百病
钱氏仲阳因仲景八味丸减去桂、附，以治小儿。以小儿纯阳，故减桂、附，今用通治大小证。
治肝肾不足，真阴亏损，精血枯竭，憔悴赢弱，腰痛足酸，自汗盗汗，水泛为痰。仲景曰：气虚有痰，宜肾气丸补而逐之。丹溪曰：久病阴火上升，津液生痰不生血，宜补血以制相火，其痰自除，发热咳嗽肾虚则移热于肺而咳嗽，按之至骨，其热烙手，骨困不任，为肾热，头晕目眩《直指方》云：淫欲过度，肾气不能归元，此气虚头晕也；吐衄崩漏，脾不摄血，致血妄行，此血头晕也。耳鸣耳聋，遗精便血，消渴淋沥，失血失音，舌澡喉痛，虚火牙痛，足跟作痛，下部疮疡等证。诸证皆由肾水不足，虚火上炎所致，详注分见各门。
