Book Abstract

1.脾虚湿热型
【临床表现】外阴瘙痒灼痛，或带下量多色黄，质偏稠，有味。或伴见脘闷纳呆，口腻口苦，肢体困重，大便不爽或干结。舌体胖大或有齿痕，质红，苔腻或黄腻，脉濡数或滑数。
【用药指导】健脾利湿，清热止痒。可选用立止白带丸、除湿白带丸、妇科白带膏、止带片。
2.肝经湿热型
【临床表现】阴部瘙痒较甚，外阴红肿灼痛，白带量多，色黄，质稠，秽臭。或伴见胸胁胀痛，心烦易怒，口苦口腻，目赤肿痛，耳聋耳鸣，或有小便涩痛淋漓。舌质红，苔黄腻，脉弦数或滑数。
【用药指导】清肝泻热，除湿止痒。可选用四妙丸、抗宫炎片、妇宁栓、妇炎净胶囊、白带净丸、保妇康栓、洁尔阴洗液；若伴有烦躁易怒，口苦而于，可加用龙胆泻肝丸。
3.血虚生风型
【临床表现】阴部瘙痒，干涩，夜晚尤重，白带少或全无，外阴皮肤或萎缩或皲裂，可伴头晕目眩，心悸失眠，全身皮肤干燥脱屑。舌质淡，苔薄白，脉细或沉细数。
【用药指导】养血润燥，祛风止痒。可选用四物合剂、八珍颗粒配合康妇软膏。
4.肝肾阴虚型
【临床表现】阴部瘙痒，带下量少，色黄或夹血，外阴或萎缩，或增厚，或皲裂。可伴见头晕目眩，耳鸣，腰膝酸软，五心烦热，时有烘热汗出。舌红，少苔，脉细数。
【用药指导】滋阴降火，祛风止痒。可选用知柏地黄丸、千金止带丸、大补阴丸、妇科止带片。

中医药是我国传统医药的重要组成部分，在中华民族繁衍生息的过程中起到了无法替代的作用。虽然历经了千百年的演变，但它依然是现代医疗体系中的重要一员。特别是中成药的使用，由于其具有简、便、廉、验的特点，应用尤为广泛，不但中医医师擅长应用，西医临床也经常应用其进行治疗，尤其是对于一些西药疗效欠佳或副作用较大但需长期用药的疾病，西医师往往会采用中成药进行治疗。
中成药（Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Prescription）是以中草药为原料，经加工制成的具有各种不同剂型的中药制品，包括丸、散、膏、丹等各种剂型，随着科技的发展，也出现了胶囊、片剂、针剂、注射剂等新剂型。然而，中成药的组方配伍是在中医理论指导下进行的，因此中成药的使用也必须在中医理论体系的指导下进行。但遗憾的是，西医医师作为临床开具中成药处方的主力军，由于缺乏中医辨证论治的相关知识，或者即使有所了解，也不能在临床上对病人进行中医的辨证论治后再开具中成药处方，造成目前中成药滥用现象严重，导致中成药在疾病的治疗中不能发挥其最大的效用，也因此产生了中成药疗效不如西药的错误观点。
