脑血管疾病是目前威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病，是人类致死疾病的前三位之一。脑内出血是脑血管疾病中病死率最高的疾病，占我国急性脑血管病的40％左右，急性期病死率达30％～40％，存活下来者大多数留有轻重不同的残疾。
近年来随着现代医学研究的发展，特别是国内外关于脑内出血临床诊治指南的发表，使人们对脑内出血的诊断及临床转归有了更全面的认识。

四、头晕及眩晕
较小的颅内血肿最初可引起头晕症状，如血肿发生在脑干、小脑，可引起眩晕伴恶心、呕吐，甚至可为首发症状。脑外伤综合征中头晕也是常见症状，占50％，是一种自觉头沉重、像坐在船上摇摆感，或者似有一样东西眼前晃动感，无旋转。闭目可减轻症状。严重的伴恶心，休息好时减轻，反之加重。持续时间不一，少数可长期持续存在。
五、语言障碍
语言障碍可分为失语和发音困难（构音障碍）。优势大脑半球脑叶出血或脑外伤后根据受伤部位不同，主要表现为运动性失语、感觉性失语及混合性失语。主侧纹状体一内囊出血，特别是病变累及颞叶和岛叶皮质下白质时也可伴有失语，表现为言语不流利、构音障碍，同时出现不同程度的言语理解、命名和复述语言障碍。丘脑出血可引起丘脑性失语，表现为言语缓慢而不清、重复言语、发音困难、复述差，朗读正常。锥体束受损只引起暂时性的发音困难，而两侧锥体束损害则有构音不清、发音困难，常为假性延髓性麻痹的临床表现。如延髓和脑桥下部的运动神经节及其纤维受损可致发音肌无力和瘫痪，表现为发音不清、无力，或带鼻音。小脑出血可表现为共济失调性构音障碍，表现为吟诗样言语或暴发性言语。
