疼痛是临床最常见的症状之一，随着人民生活水平的不断提高，以往不被重视的疼痛性疾病开始受到重视。我国在1989年已成立中国疼痛学会，使我国疼痛医学得到了长足的发展。2007年原卫生部颁布“关于在《医疗机构诊疗科目名录》中增加疼痛科诊疗科目的通知”（卫医发[2007]227号），要求全国二级以上医院成立疼痛科，使中国疼痛医学发展如虎添翼为了适应这一形势，加速培养合格的疼痛医师，提高现有疼痛医师和临床药师的专业水平，目前中国迫切需要一部临床疼痛药物治疗学方面的专著。为了使疼痛药物治疗更安全、有效、合理，我们组织了全国20余名医学、药学专家，博引经典，且汇集了他们宝贵的临床经验和聪明才智编写成此书。
《临床疼痛药物治疗学》以突出临床疼痛药物治疗的实用性、科学性为宗旨，系统介绍疼痛的发病机制及疼痛的治疗，完整地介绍了各种疾病的用药原则、用药目的、用药方法及治疗方案，做到安全、有效、合理、经济用药，具有实用性、科学性和创新性，是理论与实践、临床与药学相结合的新模式。

Author Description

李德爱，男，主任药师、教授。原任青岛市市立医院药学部主任、国家食品药品监督管理局青岛市市立医院临床药理基地副主任、青岛市市立医院科研科主任，现任《临床普外科电子杂志》编辑部主任、青岛市医药行业协会会长、青岛市药学会医院药事管理专业委员会主任委员等职。主要从事临床药学，新药研究，药事管理等工作。在督查指导抗生素的合理应用、抗肿瘤药物流行病学的调查研究等领域取得了一定的成绩。承担国家、省、市课题10多项，已带毕业研究生11人。先后获得山东省科技奖11项、青岛市科技奖l3项。曾获青岛市卫生科研管理先进个人及山东省卫生科研教育先进个人等荣誉称号。连续四届被青岛市委、市政府评为专业技术拔尖人才。被评为山东省优秀科技工作者并记二等功、被中国药学会评为全国优秀药师、被世界临床药学委员会接受为中国会员。在人民卫生出版社等多家出版社主编出版30余部专著，发表国家级核心期刊论文40余篇。
